MULTIPURPOSE INFUSER FILTER STRAINER
A multipurpose infuser filter strainer, configured to infusing tea and making coffee directly without the need of changing its structural arrangement, include a soft sieve defining opposing top opening and bottom opening, a hard sieve surrounding the soft sieve and defining opposing top opening and bottom opening for receiving the top opening and bottom opening of the soft sieve respectively, a top cap ring fastened to the top opening of hard sieve to hold the top opening of the soft sieve in place, a bottom cap ring fastened to the bottom opening of the hard sieve to hold the bottom opening of the soft sieve in place, and a soft mesh mounted in the bottom cap ring. Further, the mesh size of the soft sieve and the mesh size of the soft mesh are smaller than the mesh size of the hard sieve.
Coffee maker
According to a coffee maker of the present invention, the multi-joint linkage of a drive mechanism is alternately arranged three-dimensionally in a front-back direction, and thus stronger pressing force may be applied and the pressing force may be uniformly transferred to both sides of the pressing portion. When a user simultaneously presses the drive mechanism with his or her both hands, the pressing force applied by the right drive mechanism and the pressing force applied by the left drive mechanism may be uniformly transferred to the pressing portion without loss, and thus the availability of the pressing force may be increased. The coffee maker according to the present invention is robust, has desirable durability, and may be aesthetically decorated with metal and transparent plastic materials.
COLD BREW COFFEE APPARATUS
Disclosed is a cold brew coffee maker and related methods of making cold brew coffee. The cold brew coffee maker can include a rotation assembly, a brew chamber, and a strainer/stirrer assembly. The strainer/stirrer assembly is adapted to be insertable into the brew chamber. The strainer/stirrer assembly having a first and second impeller that are located at a bottom portion of the strainer/stirrer assembly, the first impeller being located externally to the strainer/stirrer assembly and the second impeller located within a chamber formed by the strainer/stirrer assembly. The brew chamber portion of the cold brew coffee maker being filled partially with water, the strainer/stirrer assembly placed into the brew chamber and the brew chamber placed atop the rotation assembly. Ground coffee is added to the chamber located within the strainer/stirrer assembly and the rotation assembly is energized such that the first and second impellers cause the ground coffee and water to be mixed until a desired amount of coffee flavor is imparted upon the water by the ground coffee.
Apparatus and method for cold brewing beverages
An apparatus and a method for cold brewing beverages are provided. The apparatus comprises a container and at least one insert arranged in the container. The insert may either be a filter for holding brewing material or a receptacle for holding cooling material. A liquid like water filled in the container is pumped through a conduit into the insert and is then returned to the container, from where it may be pumped again to the insert. Thus a cycle for brewing and cooling a beverage is provided, depending on whether the insert is a filter for holding brewing material or a receptacle for holding cooling material, thereby considerably reducing the time required to produce a cold-brewed beverage.
Cold brew coffee beverage and method of making the same
Disclosed are processes for making cold brew beverage compositions including concentrates and apparatus for preparing cold brew beverage compositions. The disclosed processes and apparatus allow for efficient, rapid, industrial scale production of cold brew beverage compositions having improved total solid content, improved flavor stability, longer shelf-life, and adaptability to use in small volume containers.
TEA LEAF AND WATER SEPARATION CUP
The present disclosure discloses a tea leaf and water separation cup, and relates to the field of tea cups. The tea leaf and water separation cup includes a cup body and a lid; the lip is mounted on the cup body through threads; a plurality of anti-skid slots are formed in the lid; an upper tea leaf chamber and a lower tea leaf chamber are arranged in the cup body; and the lower tea leaf chamber is fastened to the upper tea leaf chamber. In the present disclosure, the upper tea leaf chamber and the lower tea leaf chamber can be adsorbed to the lid by using an attractive force of a magnet, and are conveniently separated from the lid, so that the tea leaf chambers can be connected to the lid in an attracting manner.

Beverage Brewing System
A beverage brewer includes a container configured to hold liquid and having an open top, and a brewing material holder configured to be suspended into the container and to hold beverage brewing material in contact with liquid held in the container. The brewer also includes a pressure assembly operable to provide pressurized liquid flow through the brewing material holder within the container, and/or a heating element configured to be arranged at least partially in an interior of the container and operable to heat liquid held in the container.
Beverage preparation apparatus
A beverage preparation apparatus including a platform section having a plurality of attachment points for additional components. The platform is adapted to releasably secure in a wide variety of target beverage vessels. The additional components include, but are not limited to, a large volume filter means, a temperature regulator, or a gravity-fed brewer. The platform may also be incorporated into a vacuum-insulated, stainless-steel beverage vessel.
Beverage Brewing Device
A beverage brewing device reduces the time required to produce a cold-brewed beverage. The brewer includes a container and a brewing material holder configured to be suspended from a lid of the container. The brewing material holder includes at least a mesh panel and is configured to support and contain brewing material in the brewing material holder. The lid assembly includes a mechanism configured to rotate the brewing material holder with respect to the lid about an axis extending away from the lid. The container is filled with water and the brewing material holder is filled with brewing material and submerged in the water within the container. Movement of the brewing material submerged in water substantially reduces the time required for cold brewing.
