Proteolytic enzyme composition
The present invention provides a novel proteolytic enzyme composition more particularly an orally administered proteolytic enzyme composition comprising of one or more acid proteases, one or more alkaline protease and one or more plant proteases. More particularly, the composition comprises of microbial (fungal, bacterial or other microbes) protease enzymes, proteases from plant and animals proteases thereof.
SOYBEAN OLIGOPEPTIDE WITH LOW ALLERGENICITY AND LITTLE BITTERNESS AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present invention provides a soybean oligopeptide with low allergenicity and little bitterness and its preparation method and application. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) mixing a soybean protein powder with water to obtain a soybean protein solution, and then performing thermal denaturation on the soybean protein solution, to prepare a denatured protein solution; 2) adjusting pH value of the denatured protein solution to 6-9, and then adding a neutral protease and papain to conduct a first enzymolysis, to obtain a first enzymatic hydrolysate; 3) adding an alkaline protease and a flavor protease into the first enzymatic hydrolysate to conduct a second enzymolysis, and after performing enzyme inactivation, to obtain a second enzymatic hydrolysate; and 4) centrifuging the second enzymatic hydrolysate, and performing membrane filtration on centrifuged supernatant liquid, to obtain the soybean oligopeptide with low allergenicity and little bitterness.
PRODUCTION OF FC FRAGMENTS
In one aspect, the disclosure provides cells and transgenic non-human mammals for the production of Fc fragments, as well as compositions and uses thereof.
DENTAL GEL COMPOSITION OF PAPAIN FOR THE ATRAUMATIC TREATMENT OF CARIES AND METHOD OF PREPARING SAME
A papain dental gel composition is disclosed for the atraumatic treatment of caries which comprises papain with a final activity of at least 3,000 U/mg, wherein the papain is bio-encapsulated in a mixture of pH=7 buffer-C.sub.3-6 polyol-pectin-C.sub.2-6 alkanolamine-nonionic emulsifier, together with pharmaceutically acceptable coloring agents, preservatives and solvents. A method of preparing said papain composition is also disclosed.
PREPARATION METHOD FOR YEAST EXTRACT
The present application provides a preparation method for a yeast extract, a corresponding product thereof and an application thereof in soft drinks. The preparation method for a yeast extract of the present application is an autolysis method assisted by adding papain. A chelating agent and an emulsifying agent are added in an autolysis process to adjust sweetness, umami and saltiness of a yeast extract, so as to make the yeast extract more suitable for soft drinks.
REDUCED-PRESSURE TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS EMPLOYING DEBRIDEMENT MECHANISMS
Reduced-pressure treatment systems and methods are disclosed that employ debridement mechanisms to remove unwanted tissue. In one instance, a reduced-pressure treatment system for treating a tissue site on a patient includes a manifold member for distributing reduced pressure to the tissue site, a support member for disposing proximate the tissue site and the manifold, and a debridement mechanism coupled to the support member. The debridement mechanism is for debriding the tissue site. The system further includes a sealing drape for placing over the tissue site and manifold member. The sealing drape is operable to form a fluid seal over the tissue site and manifold member. The system also includes a reduced-pressure subsystem for delivering a reduced pressure to the sealing drape. The system may further include a chemical-debridement subsystem. Other systems, manifolds, and methods are disclosed.
ENZYMATIC DEBRIDEMENT THERAPY FOR ABNORMAL CELL PROLIFERATION
Compositions and methods are provided to destroy internal cancerous lesions selectively by the administration of a combination of a debridement protease enzyme and a denaturant of cell structural proteins and or cell adhesion proteins.
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF HIGH-ACTIVITY AND HIGH-SAFETY CARDAMINE VIOLIFOLIA SELENOPROTEIN STANDARD SAMPLE
The present disclosure provides a preparation and application of high-activity and high-safety Cardamine violifolia selenoprotein standard sample. The standard sample of the Cardamine violifolia selenoprotein prepared by the present disclosure has the advantages of extremely low heavy metal content, less ash, high protein content, high total selenium content, high organic selenium ratio of up to 99.9%, high biological activity, high safety and so on; the organic selenium is mainly in form of selenocysteine/selenocystine and accounts for more than 90% of the total selenium content, and is expected to make up for the shortage of selenoprotein standard samples on the market.
METHODS OF SORTING CELLS FOR PHOTORECEPTOR TRANSPLANTATION TREATMENT
The present disclosure provides methods for sorting retinal cells for use in cellular component transfer therapy, sorted populations of retinal cells generated by such methods, and compositions comprising such sorted populations of retinal cells. The present disclosure also provides uses of sorted populations of retinal s and compositions comprising thereof for preventing and/or treating inherited retinal degenerative diseases.
Mixture to increase the effectiveness of antiseptics and/or disinfectants, an agent containing the mixture, and the use of this mixture
The invention relates to the increase (improvement) of the effectiveness of antiseptics and/or disinfectants administered in a mixture with hydrolytic or proteolytic enzymes to a mucous membrane, a skin of a mammal or inanimate surfaces in the form of a solution, gel, paste, capsules or other as an agent. The use of the mixture is also stated.
