Baked good interior removal device
A baked good interior removal device facilitates removal of a soft interior of a baked good from an outer crust. The device includes a handle and an axle extending from the handle. A motor positioned within the handle selectively rotates the axle relative to the handle. A head is coupled to the axle. The head includes a cylindrical wall and a plurality of scoops extending outwardly from the cylindrical wall for engaging and removing an interior of a baked good from an exterior of the baked good as the head is rotated.

Device for cutting slices of a food product
A device for cutting a food product such as a cake, tart, gelatin, pie or the like having a preferably circular form, but not necessarily, the device comprising a cutting structure formed by blades in the shape of the slice or piece to be cut; a grip or handle to hold and manipulate the device and a system for defining the size of the slice and also for controlling the holding and releasing of a freshly cut slice. The device further allows the user to choose the amount of slices into which the cake is to be split and displays the number of slices selected.

Systems and methods for dispensing, slicing, buttering, and toasting bread
One variation of a method for slicing a type of whole bread buns includes: retracting a cutting block along a chute into a load position; dispensing a whole bread bun into the chute between the cutting block and a blade extending across the chute; advancing the cutting block along the chute toward the blade; detecting contact between the cutting block and the blade at a contact position; at a first time, advancing the cutting block into a pierce position offset from the contact position toward the blade by a pierce distance less than a common width of the type of whole bread buns; and, at a second time succeeding the first time by a pierce duration, advancing the cutting block from the pierce position into a slice position adjacent the blade to drive the whole bread bun fully through the blade.

Pizza-cutting device
The pizza cutting device includes a cutting board and a cutting unit. The pizza cutting device cuts a pizza into a plurality of slices. The cutting board holds the pizza. The cutting board and the pizza are inserted into the cutting unit. A cutter within the cutting unit is activated to press a plurality of radial blades into the pizza to form the plurality of slices. A spring within the cutting unit pushes the plurality of radial blades out of the pizza so that the cutting board and the plurality of slices is removed from the cutting unit.

Ultrasonic rotary molding
The present disclosure describes an ultrasonic rotary molding system that is used to form edible compositions or food products as they move along a conveyor belt. The food products are formed by an ultrasonic rotary wheel that includes one or more cutting tools that cut, and perhaps three dimensionally mold, food product strips. The system may include a movable backing plate that is located below the point where the ultrasonic rotary wheel cuts the food product strips. The movable backing plate may be spring loaded and it may exert force upwards against the conveyor belt and in turn against the food product.
