The coffee dispenser disclosed herein may serve a single serving of coffee. The coffee dispenser may including a coffee concentrate fluid line which intersects with a water fluid line at a junction to allow mixing of coffee concentrate with water as the respective fluids flow through the coffee dispenser.

The present invention relates to a system and method for preparing and dispensing a puree. The system comprises a blending vessel; a pulping element displaceable within said blending vessel, configured to blend ingredients into a puree. The pulping element is preferably a spinnable blade element displaceable within the interior of the blending vessel.

The invention concerns a beverage preparation device (10), said device comprising: a chamber (1) for receiving and agitating a liquid, said chamber comprising an opened top (11), an opened bottom (12) and a lateral side wall (13), said chamber presenting the shape of a solid of revolution, the axis of revolution (XX′) being oriented between the top and the bottom of the chamber, a rotating unit (2) for spinning the chamber (1) around its axis of revolution (XX′), and wherein the chamber presents a shape such that when the chamber is spinning, liquid present in the chamber forms a ring of liquid along the lateral side wall (13) of the chamber above the opened bottom (12).

A beverage preparation device comprising a main body, a tank, an assembly for pumping a liquid from the tank, and a unit for preparing the beverage, in which device an outlet path is defined inside the main body, the outlet path comprising a dispensing outlet, via which the beverage is dispensed out of the main body, and also comprising a filtering element that is detachably connected to the main body, wherein the filtering element is arranged downstream of the dispensing outlet relative to the outlet path.

A machine (1) for dispensing an ice beverage in the form of a pourable homogenous mixture of ground ice, liquid and flavour ingredients such as fruit, vegetables, fruit juice, milk, yoghurt or the like. The machine (1) includes a blending unit (3) for blending the constituents of the ice beverage, and an ice dispensing unit (5) for supplying ice to the blending unit (3). The blending unit (3) includes a bendable spout (41) for selectively releasing blended constituents from the blending unit (3). The ice dispensing unit (5) is advantageously able to dispense accurate portions of ice and does not require connection to an external water line or access to a floor drain. The blending unit (3) is advantageously able to produce and pour an ice beverage without requiring a blending container (43) of the unit (3) to be tilted, turned upside down and shaken.

A beverage extracting device including a vessel for receiving and mixing a powder material and hot liquid, a filter beneath the vessel, a gas pump that connects through a duct to the vessel for supplying pressurized gas into the vessel, and an outlet for extracted liquid at an outlet side of the filter which is opposite to the vessel, wherein the outlet connects to an outlet duct for the extracted liquid, wherein the duct for supplying pressurized gas into the vessel connects to a channel or channels within the vessel having outflow openings at a lower rim of the vessel to release gas into the vessel and stir the mixture inside the vessel from below in an upwards direction.

The invention concerns a method for producing a beverage by dissolution of soluble beverage powder with water in a beverage preparation apparatus, —said apparatus comprising at least one chamber (1) for receiving and mixing a dose of soluble beverage powder with water, said chamber comprising : —an opened top to receive the dose of soluble beverage powder, and —a lateral side wall (11) said lateral side wall comprising a water inlet (2), and —a bottom wall (12), said bottom wall comprising a beverage outlet conduit (3), and —said method comprising the steps of: a) —introducing water through the water inlet (2) to wet the internal surface of the funnel of the bottom wall, then b) —stopping the introduction of water, then c) —introducing the dose of soluble beverage powder in the chamber, then d) —introducing water in the chamber to dissolve the powder.

A machine (1) for serving a beverage (7) via a dispensing outlet (8) to a consumer receptacle (9) by mixing water (3) from a water source (3′) with a flavouring ingredient (2), has a mixing unit (10) that comprises: a stationary support (11); a seat (12) having an ingredient opening (120); a closure part (13) configured to close and open the ingredient opening (120); and a wall part (14) that is movable inside the seat (12).
