The invention concerns a beverage preparation device (10), said device comprising : a chamber (1) for receiving and agitating a liquid, said chamber comprising an opened top (11), an opened bottom (12) and a lateral side wall (13), said chamber presenting the shape of a solid of revolution, the axis of revolution (XX′) being oriented between the top and the bottom of the chamber, a rotating unit (2) for spinning the chamber (1) around its axis of revolution (XX′), and wherein the chamber presents a shape such that when the chamber is spinning, liquid present in the chamber forms a ring of liquid along the lateral side wall (13) of the chamber above the opened bottom (12).

The invention concerns a beverage dispenser comprising: a housing (4) at least two containers (2) for storing a water soluble beverage powder, each container comprising a tank (21) and an outlet (22), at least two dissolution chambers (3), each being operatively linked to one of the containers (2) for preparing a beverage from the water soluble beverage powder and a diluent, for each dissolution chamber (3), an extractor hood (5) at the top of said dissolution chamber, an evacuating fan (6), an extraction device (7) connected to each extractor hood (5) and to said evacuating fan (6), said extraction device comprising internal paths (71) for guiding flows from the extractor hoods through the extraction device,
wherein: the extraction device (7) is an essentially parallelepipedic box connected: to each extractor hood (6) through cooperating holes (71) on its front lateral side, and to the evacuating fan (36) through one cooperating holes (72) on one other lateral side, the box of the extraction device is fully removable from the housing (4), the box consists of a lower part (7a) and an upper part (7b) and is configured for being manually opened by separating the lower part (7a) from the upper part (7b).

The present invention refers to a vending machine for juices made of natural fruit comprising a structure or framework, a module for storing and dispensing fruits having compartments for preserving fruit, helical bars for transportation disposed in each compartment which transport the pieces of fruit without damaging them, weighing hoppers that receive, measure and dose the weight of the pieces of fruit by means of load cells, a means for transferring the dosed fruit, a blending module with the upper part of the blender vessel modified to eliminate the need for closure or covering, modules for transporting liquids with peristaltic pumps and with tubular conduits to control accurately the amount of liquid supplied, a module for supplying food additives, a container dispenser, a module for the interaction between the user and the machine equipped with a touch-screen, a cooling module, a control module and preferably a modified module for drainage and safety.

Described is an apparatus for preparing baby formula using a liquid concentrate solution. The apparatus includes a housing with a cavity for receiving and holding a container liquid concentrate solution. A motor is attached with the housing for forcing liquid concentrate solution from the container and into a mixing chamber. A pump and a water tank are also included. A spray head is attached with the housing. The spray head includes a plurality of spray jets in fluid connection with the pump for receiving water from the water tank and dispensing water from the spray jets into the mixing chamber. Finally, the mixing chamber receives the liquid concentrate solution and water, such that when the water and the liquid concentrate solution are introduced into the mixing chamber, the water and liquid concentrate solution mix into a baby formula and are dispensed from an outlet in the mixing chamber.

A beverage brewing apparatus includes at least one material storing unit, at least one brewing unit, at least one brewing cup and a matching system. The material storing unit is suitable for storing materials. The matching system is suitable for matching the brewing cup and the material storing unit, so that the brewing cup is suitable for receiving materials from the material storing unit. A system for providing cooked food includes at least one container that stores an uncooked food product for dispensing of an aliquot of the uncooked food product; a source of milk; a source of steam; a mixing chamber configured to receive the milk and steam to increase the temperature of the milk and to dispense heated milk so that the heated milk contacts the dispensed aliquot of uncooked food product to cook the food product.

The invention relates to a device for preparing baby food, in particular baby formula or baby purees. The invention also relates to the use of a corresponding device for preparing a solution or suspension, or baby food, and to a metering and sterilizing pouch and a preparation unit for a corresponding device.
