Disposable insert oven grate system
A disposable grill is formed with a central region having a periphery in a rectangular configuration. The periphery has a front edge, a rear edge, a left edge, and a right edge, a front wall, a rear wall, a left wall, and a right wall. Hinges couple the walls to associated edges. Each wall is pivotable between an upper position coplanar with the central region for storage and transportation and pivotable to a lower position perpendicular to the central region for supporting food to be cooked. A plurality of slots are formed in the central region. Each slot is rectangular and formed of a longitudinal slit and latitudinal end slits to form downwardly extending supports for strengthening purposes.
VESSEL COMPRISING A THERMOCHROMIC INDICATOR COATING
A vessel for frying, baking or cooking foodstuffs, includes at least one visible first material and one visible second material, wherein at least the first material reversibly changes color thermochromically when heated. The coloring of the two materials is selected in order for a color difference between the two materials to change visibly when the vessel is heated.
PAPER COOKING UTENSIL FOR INDUCTION COOKERS
A paper cooking utensil for induction cookers comprising a paper cooking utensil formed into a food containing part made of a paper sheet having its whole internal surface coated with a clear film and folded into a geometric cooking utensil, wherein the paper sheet is sealed together by an adhesive agent to form into each of the side sections and a bottom section, with the upper edge of each of the side sections being a flange section acting as a lip for holding the paper cooking utensil, and each of the flange sections is foldably connected together along a folded line which folds down outwardly, the central area of the bottom section being attached with an aluminum foil sheet having a geometric shape, wherein the said aluminum foil sheet is fixed to the top surface of the bottom section by applying an adhesive agent only on two edges of the opposite sides, and the aluminum foil sheet is porous and has a thickness range of 10-50 microns with an area of no less than 60 square centimeters, unless the induction cooker is designed to accommodate a metal utensil with a bottom area of lower than 60 square centimeters.
Disposable baking pan with detachable baking paper
Provided is a baking set including a disposable baking pan and a corresponding detachable baking paper. The components of the baking set can be used together for cooking and serving purposes or they can be used separately. When used together as a set, after use, the user can either dispose of the set or detach the baking paper from the disposable baking pan to reuse the disposable baking pan. The baking set may further include another baking paper which may serve as a lid for steam cooking by attaching the baking paper upside down over the baking pan.
Method of manufacturing an improved disposable lid
In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided an improved disposable aluminum lids configured for use with a pan. The lid has a continuously rolled lip around a skirt that when placed on the pan is bent to secure the two together. The rolled lip around the entire periphery of the skirt includes both the sides and the corners of the improved disposable aluminum lid. This significantly reduces the possibility of cuts and injuries to the user with securing the lid to the pan or removing it therefrom.
Disposable Food Container Prepared with Inner Polypropylene Container and Paper Outer Shell
A food container for a microwave oven consisting of a polypropylene inner container and a paper outer shell, wherein the polypropylene inner container is inserted into and adhered to the paper outer shell. The polypropylene inner shell container 31 is molded to a minimum thickness of about 0.1 to 0.3 mm to maintain heat resistance and formability. In order to be molded into such a thin container, polypropylene resin must be manufactured through vacuum molding or air press molding. The weight ratio of the polypropylene inner container and the paper outer shell is preferably in the range of 1:1 to 2. In the case of a 1-liter container, the weight of the container is preferably about 20 to 24 g, and the polypropylene inner container is preferably about 8 to 12 g, the paper outer shell preferably about 12 to 16 g.
EMBOSSED PAPER-BASED BAKEABLE TRAY
An embossed paper-based bakeable tray having a bottom surface and sidewalls and an embossed pattern formed in the bottom surface providing a series of closely spaced projections substantially entirely over the bottom surface.
CHAFING DISH AND FRAME ASSEMBLY
A chafing dish and frame assembly including a lower frame section for supporting a disposable food tray for holding food, an upper frame section pivotally attached to the lower frame section; a disposable food cover supported by the upper frame section; and a pivot hinge that pivotally connects the upper frame section to the lower frame section. The pivot hinge allows the disposable food cover to be pivoted up to ninety degrees relative to the disposable food tray from a closed position, wherein the disposable food cover rests on top of the disposable food tray, to an open position wherein the disposable food cover is pivoted upwardly so that the food in the disposable food tray may be accessed.
Embossed paper-based bakeable tray
An embossed paper-based bakeable tray having a bottom surface and sidewalls and an embossed pattern formed in the bottom surface providing a series of closely spaced projections substantially entirely over the bottom surface.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN IMPROVED DISPOSABLE LID
