An automated skewer grill is an apparatus that can cook several kebabs efficiently, rapidly, and automatically. The apparatus includes a structural frame, a motorized belt conveyor, at least one heating device, a skewer-molding mechanism, a control system, and a power system. The structural frame corresponds to the structure that supports the rest of the components of the apparatus. The motorized belt conveyor enables the automated movement of the desired food products throughout the apparatus. The at least one heating device enables the even and complete cooking of the desired food products carried by the motorized belt conveyor. The skewer-molding mechanism enables the automatic generation of the food products to be carried by the motorized belt conveyor to the at least one heating device. The control system and the power system enable the automated operation of the motorized belt conveyor, the at least one heating device, and the skewer-molding mechanism.

An oven comprising a housing, a cavity, an H-shaped rotating door, a motor and a heat source is disclosed. The cavity, which includes an opening, is located within the housing. The H-shaped rotating door, which can be rotated by the motor, includes a first food loading section and a second food loading section. The H-shaped rotating door also serves as a cover to prevent heat within the cavity from escaping through the opening. The heat source provides heat to the cavity to heat up any food item placed on one of the food loading sections located within the cavity.

A method and apparatus can include: a body having an inner surface and a bottom floor; a vertical basket having a spacer and an exposed perforated bottom the perforated bottom exposed from the bottom floor of the body by the spacer, the vertical basket further including a vertical grating and a solid back, the vertical basket for holding an ignited fuel source and radiating heat through the grating; and a skewer parallel to the grating, the skewer including a bracket for securing a food product to the skewer.

A multi-power-source motor assembly for a rotisserie includes: a housing with a receiving space, in whose lower portion a battery or a mobile power pack can be mounted; a fixing base mounted in an upper portion of the receiving space; a motor and a reduction gear unit, both mounted on the fixing base, wherein the reduction gear unit has an input gear meshing with the motor and an output gear provided with an output shaft for connecting with a spit; battery connections and a mobile power pack socket, both mounted in the lower portion of the receiving space, wherein the battery connections are connectable to the battery, and the mobile power pack socket is connectable to the mobile power pack; and a power switch mounted on the housing and electrically connected to the battery connections, the mobile power pack socket, and the motor in order to control power supply to the motor.

A rotisserie device for use with a cooking unit, e.g., a kamado-type cooker, may include a rotisserie support unit that is removably insertable between a lower portion and an upper portion of the cooking unit, at least one opening or notch formed in the rotisserie support unit for receiving a rotisserie skewer, a lower engagement structure coupled to the rotisserie support unit and configured to rest on the lower portion of the cooking unit, and an upper engagement structure coupled to the rotisserie support unit and defining a rest for the upper portion of the cooking unit to rest thereon. The rotisserie support unit may define a wedge-shaped ring, e.g., for use with a hinged-style cooker, or may have any other suitable shape.

A shaft assembly is provided. The shaft assembly has a shaft, a sprocket, a spring and a shaft retainer. The shaft has a first and second end. A head is disposed on the first end of the shaft. The head is configured not to extend through a first aperture of the front side wall of a cooking device. The second end of the shaft extends through and is rotatably supported by the first aperture. A rotisserie mounting bracket assembly for a cooking grill having a cooking surface having a plurality of ribs. The bracket has a bracket base with at least one downward projection situated between a pair of adjacent ribs, and a bracket extension extending vertically from the bracket base and having at least one surface adapted to retain a skewer.

A barbecue cooking assembly includes a rotating disk capable of rotating around a shaft and a skewer for impaling food. Several skewer brackets are disposed on the rotating disk. The edge of a disk surface of the rotating disk is provided with a first notch corresponding to each skewer bracket. The end of the skewer bracket is fixedly connected to the disk surface, and the other end extends in a direction far away from the center of the rotating disk to form a limit piece parallel to the disk surface. The limit piece is provided with a second notch corresponding to the first notch and disposed coaxially with the first notch.

A universal cooking assembly for rotating vertically disposed food over a horizontally disposed heat source, said cooking assembly comprising: a horizontally disposed rotisserie rod; a first skewer apparatus; a second skewer apparatus; and a handle mechanically connected to the rotisserie rod for rotating the same about its axis.
