A printed circuit board is disposed inside the housing, and a microprocessor and a visual display component are mounted on the printed circuit board. An insulating assembly is disposed inside the outer casing and is located between the bottom wall of the outer casing and the housing containing the electronic components. A temperature sensing probe projects from the bottom wall of the outer casing for obtaining temperature readings and transmitting the temperature readings to the microprocessor. The side wall of the outer casing is spaced from the housing to define a heat vent for dissipating heat.

The deep fryer can have a rotisserie assembly for mounting and rotating the whole turkey such that only a lower half of the whole turkey is submerged within the cooking oil at any one time. The deep fryer can include a kick-stand feature that allows a user to lower and raise the rotisserie assembly including the whole turkey using only one hand such that a user need not lean over or otherwise put their hands or body above the frying basin.

Embodiments may be portable and lightweight which enables the solid fuel cooking range to be used while traveling and in emergency situations.

A second wind wheel is mounted on an upper end of the cold circulation channel. A detachable flip rack is horizontally provided in a middle portion of the internal cavity. A drive motor is arranged on an outer side of the internal cavity to drive one end of the detachable flip rack to rotate. An opening is provided on one side of the inner cavity. A flip openable panel is provided at the opening.
