Apparatus for open heat source grilling
Apparatus and method for grilling foodstuffs over an open heat source comprising a stake for securing into a ground surface proximate a heat source; a skewer configured for adjustable connection with the stake; and a clamp configured to secure the skewer in connection to the stake and in a selected position with respect to the stake so the skewer extends substantially perpendicularly to the stake and is positioned over a heat source in a substantially horizontal orientation. The clamp is configured to secure the skewer such that the skewer is prevented from lateral movement with respect to the stake and heat source. A handle extends away from skewer and supports the skewer by clamp arms that prevent unwanted or unaided movement and rotation, while allowing a user to selectively rotate the skewer, exposing various sides of the foodstuff directly to the heat source by turning the handle.
Cooking stone apparatus with rotatable cooking surface
A cooking stone apparatus with a rotatable cooking surface for use in conventional ovens, barbecue grills and the like includes a stationary bottom support plate and a cooking stone rotatably supported on top of the stationary bottom support plate. The cooking stone has a perimeter edge with one or more engagement points for receiving a tangential force without slippage, such that when a tangential force is applied to any of the one or more engagement points, the cooking stone rotates about the perpendicular axis of the support plate.
PORTABLE GRILL DEVICE
Provided is a portable grill device including at least one substantially vertical, flat heat source, at least one support for food to be grilled that is arranged in front of the heat source, at least one drive unit for rotating the at least one support for food to be grilled about a substantially vertical axis of rotation, and a power supply for supplying the drive unit with the power required for the operation thereof. The portable grill device includes at least one adjustment unit which is designed to steplessly adjust a spacing between the at least one heat source and the at least one support for food to be grilled, during operation of the grill device.
Oil-less fryer stand device
An oil-less frying stand device includes a main body having plurality of elongated legs, an upper shelf, a lower shelf, and a plurality of wheels. The lower shelf includes an enlarged opening for receiving and engaging a 20 lb propane tank. A hollow pipe extends upward from the top surface of the upper shelf. The pipe includes an open top end for receiving an elongated rotisserie spit, and a rotisserie motor is positioned along the bottom end of the hollow pipe. The pipe includes a circular shape and size that is suitable for insertion within the drain opening of a commercially available oil-less fat frying device. A drain opening is positioned along the top shelf at a location adjacent to the hollow pipe, and a circular-shaped lip encircles both the drain opening and the pipe. A drain tube is in communication with the bottom end of the drain opening to remove liquids from the area within the circular lip.
OUTDOOR ROTISSERIE SYSTEM FOR ROASTING MEAT
An outdoor rotisserie system may include a set of legs, a rotisserie drive system supported by the set of legs, a drive-to-basket connecting assembly supported by the rotisserie drive system, and a meat basket assembly supported by the drive-to-basket connecting assembly. The meat basket assembly may be driven for rotation about a vertical axis. The meat basket assembly may include a basket top bar supporting basket sides formed of open mesh wire material. The system may include a heat deflector assembly spaced from the meat basket assembly, which may form a partial enclosure directing heat of an adjacent roasting fire toward the meat basket assembly.
Cooking-conveying-batching apparatus
A cooking-conveying-batching apparatus for automatic cooking and food production. It uses the principle of rotation to cook, convey and formulate batching. Cooking containers are rotated by a curved bevel track that lowers the cooking containers into a heat source cooker. At the end of the cooking process the cooking containers are raised and rotate to deposit the cooked food into conveying containers. The conveying containers rotate towards a batching container that deposits ingredients into the food-containing conveying containers.

A cooking appliance includes a housing including a first compartment forming a cooking space, equipped with a holding device provided to receive ingredients, a stirring device arranged inside the holding device, the holding device and the stirring device being designed to be animated by a relative rotation with respect to each other, the housing further including a main heating device, including, in a second compartment, a ventilation system to generate a heating flow, wherein the ventilation system includes a cross-flow fan, and the main heating device includes at least one heating element arranged inside the first compartment.
Rotisserie grill cooker
A rotisserie grill cooker has a base, a support post, a cantilevered rail, a cage-drive assembly, and a firepit. Together these enable a user to suspend a rotating food rack over a heat source. Specifically, the base is a rigid structure to which one end of the support post is pivotably connected. The cantilevered rail extends away from the support post over the heat source. The cantilevered rail is positioned offset from the base along the support post, so the food rack can be suspended in between the cantilevered rail and the firepit that traverses through the base. The cage-drive assembly is a motorized support system, is slidably engaged along the cantilevered rail, and rotates the food rack. The support assembly has a carriage that is connected in between a drive system and the cantilevered rail. The heat source is within the firepit and heats the food rack.
MODULAR ROTISSERIE ACCESSORY FOR USE IN OVEN CAVITY
An accessory for an oven includes a support base and a heating element hingedly coupled to the support base. The heating element is movable between a generally horizontal position and a generally vertical position. A motor is positioned in the support base. A drive assembly is positioned in the support base and operably coupled to the motor. A rotary pan is operably coupled to the drive assembly and positioned on a top side of the support base. A food holder assembly can be operably coupled to the rotary pan.
AUTOMATIC MEAT CUTTING APPARATUS
An automatic meat cutting apparatus includes: a skewer holding system to hold a skewer with meat in a vertical position and to rotate the skewer about a vertical axis of rotation, a grill unit to grill meat on the skewer, a meat cutting device to cut meat from the skewer, and an actuator system to move the cutting device with respect to the skewer. The automatic meat cutting apparatus further includes: a sensor device arranged to provide a sensor signal representative for a location of the meat on the skewer, and a processing unit to control the actuator system to move the cutting device to a desired cutting position on the basis of the sensor signal.
