REVOLVING PLATFORMS SYSTEM FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
The present invention relates to a system of rotating platforms for household appliances adaptable to various types of enclosures. The system allows easy access and manipulation without any obstruction to all the objects stored in the enclosure, due to a spin effect of the plates or platforms achieved by a radial impulse applied at its periphery by a drive power source supplemented with an arrangement of removable static shelves by means which are connected with mounting mechanisms present in the walls of the recite, in such a position that manages to take advantage of the internal space of the enclosure that is not occupied by the cylindrical volume of the platform system and functions as a passive mechanism of security, support and balance for the objects stored in the enclosure and that are supported by the platform.
Sandwich making appliance and method of making a sandwich with the same
An appliance for cooking a food item comprises a bottom housing, a top housing, and a cooking assembly. The cooking assembly comprises a top heated plate, a bottom heated plate, and a center ring therebetween. The top heated plate is selectively movable between (i) an open position and (ii) a closed position in which a top cooking cavity is selectively formed by the top heated plate and the top housing when the top housing is in a closed position. The bottom heated plate is selectively movable between (i) an open position and (ii) a closed position in which a bottom cooking cavity is selectively formed by the bottom housing and the bottom heated plate. A center cooking cavity is selectively formed by the top heated plate, the center ring, and the bottom heated plate when the top and bottom heated plates are in their respective closed positions.
System and Method for Cooking a Food Product
A system for cooking a food product may include a base, a hub, a plurality of cooking plates, a plurality of wipers, a spatula assembly, a backstop, an infrared (IR) sensor, and a proximity sensor. The hub may rotate relative to the base. The cooking plates are rotatable with the hub among a plurality of cooking stations. The wipers extend outward from a periphery of the hub. The backstop may be fixed relative to the base and may include one or more additional wipers contacting one or more of the cooking plates. The spatula assembly may cooperate with the backstop to pick up the food product from the one of the cooking stations. The IR sensor may measure a temperature of the food product on one of the cooking plates. The proximity sensor may detect a position of the food product on one of the cooking plates.
Rotisserie Grill Cooker
A rotisserie grill cooker has a base, a support post, a cantilevered rail, a cage-drive assembly, and a firepit. Together these enable a user to suspend a rotating food rack over a heat source. Specifically, the base is a rigid structure to which one end of the support post is pivotably connected. The cantilevered rail extends away from the support post over the heat source. The cantilevered rail is positioned offset from the base along the support post, so the food rack can be suspended in between the cantilevered rail and the firepit that traverses through the base. The cage-drive assembly is a motorized support system, is slidably engaged along the cantilevered rail, and rotates the food rack. The support assembly has a carriage that is connected in between a drive system and the cantilevered rail. The heat source is within the firepit and heats the food rack.
GRILLING MACHINE
A grilling machine is described, which comprises a base body, a plate, arranged on the base body and defining a cooking surface whereon foods to be cooked are laid, and heating means operationally associated with the plate for heating the cooking surface. There is also a circuit, associated with the plate, for treating the fumes produced during the food cooking process. The fumes treatment circuit comprises: a hood arranged above the plate, which comprises at least one suction mouth, a filtering unit fluidically connected to the hood, and at least one recirculation outlet fluidically connected downstream of the filtering unit and located near the plate. In this manner, the cooking fumes sucked in through the suction mouth of the hood are treated by the filtering unit in order to obtain a purified flow with a given percentage of humidity. The purified flow is then recirculated towards the cooking surface through the recirculation outlet in order to exert a humidifying action on the foods.
APPLIANCE FOR COOKING BY HEATING FLOW WITH STIRRING MEANS
A cooking appliance includes a housing including a first compartment forming a cooking space, equipped with a holding device provided to receive ingredients, a stirring device arranged inside the holding device, the holding device and the stirring device being designed to be animated by a relative rotation with respect to each other, the housing further including a main heating device, including, in a second compartment, a ventilation system to generate a heating flow, wherein the ventilation system includes a cross-flow fan, and the main heating device includes at least one heating element arranged inside the first compartment.
Portable rotisserie spit
A portable rotisserie spit includes a main body including an outer tube and an inner tube; a first fluid passage hole provided on one end of the main body and connected to the outer tube; a second fluid passage hole provided on one end of the main body and connected to the inner tube; a cooling chamber, which is connected to the first fluid passage hole and second fluid passage hole, and includes a first part and a second part; a compressor, which is connected to the first fluid passage hole and the cooling chamber, and which is provided for delivering the coolant in the cooling chamber to the main body in a pressurized manner; a motor, a motor lower connection and a motor shaft provided for rotation of the rotisserie spit and for connection thereof to the machine.
Rotatable griller for barbecues
A griller for use on a barbecue which has a food retainer that has a top section hinged to a bottom section, the top section being releasably unlatchable to the bottom section to keep the food retainer selectively closed. A frame with a handle is pivotally attached to the food retainer, The latching mechanism, includes a rod that passes through the handle and frame to activate a latch that keeps the food retainer closed, and when the latching mechanism is activated, the two portions of the griller are separated and the contents become accessible. The rod is spring loaded to return it to a position within the confines of the food retainer when needed. The griller is designed to be carried from location to location with the food retainer vertical when latched, as well as with the food retainer a horizontal disposition also with the retainer latched.
Grilling Assembly
A grilling assembly for grilling over an open flame includes a frame that is tripoidal. A shaft is rotationally coupled by a first end to the frame. The shaft extends from proximate to an apex of the frame toward a base of the frame. A power module and a motor are coupled to the frame. The motor is operationally coupled to the power module and the shaft. The motor is positioned to rotate the shaft. A grate is coupled to a second end of the shaft. The grate is configured to position substantially horizontally over an open flame, such as a campfire. The grate is positioned to rotate coincident with the shaft such that food items that are positioned on the grate are positioned to be heated by the open flame.
