HOT DOG ROLLER AND GRILL BASKET
A food grilling device includes a lower portion for holding food, an upper portion for trapping food between the upper and lower portions, and a sliding, adjustment mechanism. The upper portion is positioned over the lower portion and is movable relative to the lower portion. The sliding, adjustment mechanism is coupled between the lower portion and the upper portion and permits the upper portion to move forward, rearwardly, upwardly, and downwardly relative to the lower portion. The food grilling device has an open position and a closed position. In the open position, food is inserted between the lower and upper portions. In the closed position, food is trapped in the food grilling device by pressure or friction exerted on the food by the upper portion. Movement of the upper portion relative to the lower portion in a forward and rearward direction turns the food positioned between the upper and lower portions.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR A COOKING APPLIANCE
A method and apparatus for a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance may include air frying in one heating compartment and steaming in another heating compartment. Each heating compartment may include at least one food container. The food container may be a drawer. One or more heating devices may be in communication with the one or more heating compartments. One or more circulating devices may be used to circulate air. A controller may be used to heat the contents of the one or more heating compartments and circulate the air.
Skewer holder
A holder for skewers is comprised of an upper array and a lower array of eyelets for receiving and retaining skewer shafts, a plurality of legs for supporting the upper and lower eyelet arrays and a plurality of support members for those arrays. Each of the upper and lower arrays can retain at least one skewer. The retained skewers are retained in an elevated orientation of approximately 60 degrees relative to the horizontal plane. The skewer holder is provided with at least three legs and can be constructed of wire. Alternatively, the skewer holder is provided with an upper circular thin plate, a lower circular thin plate and a plurality of legs. Through-holes in the upper and lower circular plates serve as eyelets for a skewer. The upper circular thin plate is wider than the lower plate. The retained skewers are retained in an elevated orientation of approximately 60 degrees.
Grill attachment for portable heaters
A grill rack for use in combination with a portable heater is provided. The grill rack comprises a support frame having a first end and a second end. A rack assembly is disposed on the support frame. The rack assembly comprises a plurality of cross members and a plate member. A pair of legs are transversely arranged at the first end of the support frame. A pair of outwardly extending arms are connected to the legs. The outwardly extending arms of the grill rack can be fastened to an opening on the upper end of a portable heater so as to heat or warm food thereon.
BARBECUE SPIT WITH GRILL NETS
The invention relates to food industry and may be applied as a device for heat treatment of food products. The claimed barbecue spit comprises bearing rod and at least one reinforcing frame on which a grill net is fixed; the latter is configured to keep the product during the rotation of a barbecue spit. A grill net is made of separate meshed elements placed on both sides of a reinforcing frame, at least one meshed element is bended outward. The invention allows to design a barbecue spit of an extended length and with high cooking performance and versatility of cooked products.
Grill
A grill includes a base seat and a grill mechanism. The grill mechanism is mounted to the base seat, and includes a lower grill unit, an upper grill unit pivoted to the lower grill unit, and an auxiliary heating unit disposed on one of the upper and lower grill units. The grill mechanism is operable to rotate relative to the base seat to a draining position. The auxiliary heating unit includes an auxiliary heating pan heated by heat emitted from the one of the upper and lower grill units, and an affixing member mounted to the auxiliary heating pan for holding a food disposed on the auxiliary heating pan.
TOASTER
The invention provides an appliance for making a hollow toasted food product. The appliance includes a pair of opposed parts which is hingedly connected along one side such that opposed surfaces can, in use, be folded onto each other, a heating element in heat communication with each surface, a hollow formed in one or each opposed heating surface, such that a cavity is formed when the parts are folded closed onto each other, and wherein the opposed edges of each hollow is proximate each other, when closed. The appliance further includes an inside mould of which the outer surface is complementary and smaller than the inner surface of the cavity.
Rotatable griller for barbecues
A griller for use on a barbecue which has a food retainer that has a top section hinged to a bottom section, the top section being releasably unlatchable to the bottom section to keep the food retainer selectively closed. A frame with a handle is pivotally attached to the food retainer, The latching mechanism, includes a rod that passes through the handle and frame to activate a latch that keeps the food retainer closed, and when the latching mechanism is activated, the two portions of the griller are separated and the contents become accessible. The rod is spring loaded to return it to a position within the confines of the food retainer when needed. The griller is designed to be carried from location to location with the food retainer vertical when latched, as well as with the food retainer a horizontal disposition also with the retainer latched.
CONTINUOUS GRILL AND COOKING METHOD
A continuous grill with at least two grill rollers forming at least one grilling gap, in one aspect, includes an assembly capable of rotating relative to and projecting out of or into at least one roller. An inner rotary bearing is disposed between this roller and assembly and/or this assembly is mounted on a housing of the grill or on a carrier group mounted immovably relative to the housing. In another aspect, the grill includes at least one electrically designed and/or locally measuring thermometer disposed inside at least one roller. In a further aspect, the grill includes at least one roller coated with a non-stick coating or enameled. A method for cooking of products for grilling on a continuous grill regulates the speed of throughput of the product for grilling through the gap and/or the temperature of at least one roller as a function of certain parameters.
Expandable Roasting Platform
The problem of evenly cooking a food item so that all sides cook and brown evenly is solved by the use of a roasting platform that raises above rendered substances that can cause a steam and wetness to the surface of a food item. The roasting platform can be foldable or compressed, so that it takes up minimal storage space and can be deployed for use. Drain holes allow rendered substances to be more quickly separated from the surface of a food item. The same drain holes can be used as visual indicators when deploying the roasting platform to show when he folds of a roasting platform are sufficiently separated for maximum usable area and support for a weight placed thereon.
