A waffle iron plate for forming a waffle having multiple scores, the plate comprising a base having a front surface and at least two spaced-apart ribs extending from the front surface of the base and configured to form the scores, whereby the waffle may be folded along the scores so as to have a bottom portion and two side portions.

Provided is a cooking apparatus, preferably including a plurality of heating plates for contact cooking. The cooking time is determined by selecting a desired degree of cooking of the food. After estimating the surface area occupied by the food on one of the heating plates, said cooking time is calculated on the basis of the desired degree of cooking, the thickness of the food, and the surface area occupied by the food.

A grill is provided including a base structure. An upper platen assembly is connected to the base structure and includes an upper gritting plate. A lower platen assembly is connected to the base structure and includes a lower grilling plate. A device (1) for heating filled brioches preferably filled with ice-cream, comprising an upper subassembly (3) and a lower subassembly (4) linked by one or more joints or hinges (10). Each one of the subassemblies (3, 4) includes a heating plate (14) with a cavity (14a) intended to receive the filled brioche, or other similar product, in order to heat it, arranged so that in an operative position they overlap one another. Each heating plate (14) is positioned on top of a heat transfer plate (16) enclosed in a thermoinsulating layer (13), except for an opening to allow contact between the heating plate (14) and the heat transfer plate (16). The heating plates (14) are releasable from the subassembly (3, 4) on which they are arranged by means of one or more releasable fastening elements protruding from the heating plate (14) and inserted in one or more slots (3c, 4c) of either casing of the subassemblies (3, 4).

A cooking system includes a grill, a first arm assembly and a second arm assembly. An electronic hardware controller is in signal communication with the at least one grill, the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly. The controller operates the first arm assembly to transfer a prepared product to the grill, and operates the second arm assembly to transfer a cooked product from the grill.

A steamer accessory for steam-heating and/or -cooking food contained in a container, the steamer accessory including a steam generator including a steam production chamber connected to at least one steam distribution outlet provided in a lower part of the steam generator, the steamer accessory including a ring carrying the steam generator, the ring having a lower surface and an upper surface. The ring provides, if so required, with the steam generator, at least one vent bringing the lower surface into communication with the upper surface.

The present disclosure relates to an induction range of an upper and lower heating type having an advantage of simply cooking a cooking object such as instant food packaged in a food packaging box in a short time, making food taste good by alternately heating upper and lower parts of the cooking object, preventing an electric control device from being burned out by applying an alternating heating type for excluding mutual induction interference between an upper heating unit and a lower heating unit for heating the cooking object, and preventing a burn occurring at the time of gripping the heated cooking object and promoting cleanliness by installing a separate cooling device used for cooling the cooking object or for deodorizing the cooking object.

A sandwich maker includes a lower baking plate, a middle plate, an upper baking plate, and a baking ring. When the baking ring is coupled to the middle plate in a non-pivot manner, a first space is defined by the baking ring together with the middle plate and the lower baking plate, and a second space is defined by the baking ring together with the middle plate and the upper baking plate. When the baking ring is pulled away from the middle plate, the first space communicates with the second space, so that the ingredients can be directly combined into a sandwich after cooking.

A sandwich maker includes a lower baking plate, a baking ring, an upper baking plate, a partition, and a heat insulation ring. The partition can be pulled out through a handle to separate the partition together with the heat insulation ring from the baking ring, so that the interiors of the lower baking plate, the baking ring and the upper baking plate communicate with each other. The sandwich maker can separate the ingredients for cooking and can directly assemble the ingredients to form a sandwich. The removed partition can be easily placed through the heat insulation ring without worrying that the partition may damage a tabletop.
