Grinding device (1) for an automatic coffee machine, comprising: a support body (2); a lower grinder (3) and an upper grinder (4) arranged coaxially with respect to an axis (X) and delimiting a gap where the grinding is performed; a motor (21) for driving at least one of said grinders (3,4) in rotation about said axis (X); an adjustment ring nut (6) for adjusting the width of said gap having means for transforming a rotation thereof about said axis (X) into a translation of at least one of said grinders in the direction of said axis (X); and a gear for driving said ring nut (6) in rotation; where said gear comprises a toothed wheel arc (7) engaging a pinion (8), and a mechanism for fixing said toothed wheel arc (7) in an adjustable position on said ring nut (6).

Manual grinder
A portable manual grinder has a driving section, a grinding section and a discharging section coaxially connected from top to bottom. The driving section has a drive shaft that drives a central axis of the grinding section. The drive shaft is connected to a gear set that increases the gear ratio to facilitate manual grinding. The grinding section comprises an upper grinding section and a lower grinding section that are coaxially disposed and mated together. The upper and lower grinding portions include corresponding blades extending therefrom. The bottom section of the lower grinding section has one or more holes in communication with the discharge section. The driving section and the upper grinding section are magnetically attracted and connected to each other and the upper grinding section and the lower grinding section are magnetically attracted and connected to each other.

When the second tube is inserted into the first tube, portions of the first blades are in a non-contact meshed engagement with portions of the second blades that supports relative rotation between the first and second tubes. A second ring disposed about the second tube is axially spaced from the first ring when the second tube is inserted into the first tube. The first and second rings comprise materials that are magnetically attracted to one another.

A electronic grinder includes a main body removably attached to a grinding and dispensing chamber. The top of the main body is sealed by an upper cab and the bottom of the chamber is sealed by an openable lower cap.
