GRILLING TOOL
A grilling tool may include tongs having arms and a hinge that pivotally connects proximal ends of the arms to each other. The arms may be configured to be moved between a closed position wherein distal ends of the arms are in close proximity, and an open position wherein the distal ends of the arms are spaced apart from each other. In addition, a flashlight may be mounted to an interior of the tongs. The flashlight may have an electrical switch that is configured to be accessed from an exterior of the tongs and actuated between on and off positions. The flashlight may include a body with a body axis, a head at a distal end of the body, and the head has a head axis that is not co-axial with the body axis. The distal ends of the arms may be located adjacent fringes of a light beam.
DISPOSABLE FINGER TONGS FOR HANDLING A FOOD PRODUCT
A disposal food handling finger tongs or hand coverings for grasping food or other objects. The pockets or finger stalls are connected by at least one connecting tab. At least one functional finger/thumb accommodation area is presented and at least one finger/thumb stability is optionally provided. The disposable tongs or hand coverings provide protection to the user by providing freely extending, unbonded, soft irregular peripheral edges help prevent paper cuts. If both the front and back of pockets or hand coverings are messy, optionally the tongs or hand coverings can be torn, and folded over the back and/or front of the messy pockets, thereby keeping the hands, fingers and/or thumb of the user clean during disposal.
Food Product Grasping Apparatus
A food product gripping mechanism is provided. The food product gripping mechanism includes a shaft connected to a hub. A release mechanism has a first passage in fluid communication with a second passage. The second passage is configured to allow the shaft to pass therethrough. A tension member is positioned partly within the first passage of the release mechanism. A guide spool is configured to receive a portion of the tension member and further configured to allow the shaft to pass therethrough and a plurality of tongs is connected to the hub. The plurality of tongs are configured for a contracted orientation and further configured for rotation to an expanded orientation. The plurality of tongs are further configured to grip a food product without piercing a skin of the food product.

Hinged Forceps with Finger Grips
Hinged forceps which aid in grasping and moving various objects such as food items or tools. The hinged forceps generally include a plurality of arms which are interconnected by a hinge such that each of the arms may independently pivot with respect to the hinge. Each of the arms may include one or more finger grips which may be positioned at various locations along the length of each arm; the finger grips being adapted to support one or more fingers of the user. The hinge interconnecting the arms may allow uninhibited movement of one arm relative to the other arm. Each arm may be adjustable to spread or contract with respect to the other arms such that the effective distance between arms may be adjusted. The finger grips may be adjustably mounted on an arm such that they are capable of rotating in position and/or being repositioned on the arm.
TONG WITH ONE-HANDED LOCKING MECHANISM
A tong with a lock that can be actuated using one hand without changing a grip on the tong and without having to change an orientation of the tong. The lock can be engaged and disengaged by squeezing arms of the tong together. The lock can have a latch on one arm and a strike on the other arm. When the arms are squeezed together the strike engages the latch into a locked configuration. From the locked configuration, when the arms are squeezed again, the latch releases the strike.
Cooking tool kit with offset handles
A kit has a handle with first and second handle portions asymmetrically disposed above a pivot. The pivot may be collinear with the first handle portion and connected by an offset leg to the second handle portion. Various instrument arms connected to instrument heads are preferably provided as a kit with the handle. The arms may be sectionally disposed or integral with instrument heads selected from the group of forks, such as meat forks, pasta forks, etc, grippers, spatulas, etc.

DISPOSABLE FOOD OR WASTE TONGS
Disclosed herein are disposable food or waste tongs. The disposable food or waste tongs include a first thimble configured to provide a space adapted to receive a finger, and a third thimble located in a direction opposite to the first thimble. Each of the thimbles has a trapezoidal shape whose width decreases toward a front end thereof when viewed in a plan view and has a side whose height increases in an inward from the front end. A first band is formed to surround the outside of the rear portion of the first thimble, and a third band is formed to surround the outside of the rear portion of the third thimble. Extension portions configured to support the lower portions of fingers or a palm are formed adjacent to the first thimble and the third thimble, respectively.
