Manufacturing method for high silicon grain oriented electrical steel sheet

Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a high silicon grain oriented electrical steel sheet, the silicon content of the high silicon grain oriented electrical steel is greater than 4 wt %, comprising the steps of: (1) performing decarburization annealing of a cold-rolled steel plate; (2) allowing high silicon alloy particles in a completely solid state to collide at a high speed with the surface of the decarburization annealed steel plate to be sprayed, thus forming a high silicon alloy coating on the surface of the steel plate to be sprayed; (3) coating a release agent and drying; and (4) annealing. The manufacturing method for the high silicon grain oriented electrical steel sheet of the present invention is inexpensive, and, the high silicon grain oriented electrical steel sheet produced is of stable quality and is provided with great magnetic performance.

NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with low magnetic anisotropy, which comprises the following chemical elements in mass percentage: 0<C≤0.005%; Si: 2.0-3.5%; Mn: 0.1-2.0%; at least one of Sn and Sb: 0.003-0.2%; Al: 0.2-1.8%; the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Further disclosed is a manufacturing method for the above non-oriented electrical steel sheet with low magnetic anisotropy, which includes the following steps: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling; (3) normalizing; (4) cold rolling; (5) continuous annealing: rapidly heating a cold-rolled steel sheet from an initial temperature of 350° C.-750° C. to a soaking temperature at a heating rate of 50-800° C./s, and performing soaking and heat preservation; and (6) applying an insulating coating to obtain a finished non-oriented electrical steel sheet. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet is characterized by low iron loss and low magnetic anisotropy at high frequency.

Disclosed is a low-cost non-oriented electrical steel plate with an extremely low aluminum content, which plate comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: 0.003% or less of C, 0.1%-1.2% of Si, 0.1%-0.4% of Mn, 0.01%-0.2% of P, 0.003% or less of S, 0.001% or less of Al, 0.003%-0.01% of O, 0.003% or less of N, and 0.005%-0.05% of Sn, with the condition Si.sup.2/P: 0.89-26.04 being satisfied. In addition, further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel plate. The method comprises steps of: (1) smelting; (2) continuous casting; (3) hot rolling: wherein a hot rolled plate is subjected to soaking and heat preservation by means of residual heat of hot rolled steel coils, rather than being subjected to normalizing treatment or cover furnace annealing after coiling; (4) primary cold rolling; and (5) continuous annealing. In the non-oriented electrical steel plate of the present invention, reasonable chemical ingredients and process designs are used, and the non-oriented electrical steel plate not only has excellent economy, but also has the properties of high magnetic induction and low iron loss.

A multicomponent FeCoSiM soft magnetic alloy is provided. M of the alloy is one or more of V, Cr and Ni. A sum of atomic percentages of alloy elements in the alloy is 100%. The atomic percents of the alloy elements meet the following conditions: Fe, 68˜78 at %; Co, 4˜12 at %; Si, 14˜18 at %; V, 0˜4 at %; Cr, 0˜4 at %; and Ni, 0˜4 at %. The preparation method of the alloy includes weighing raw materials according to the atomic percentages of the alloy elements and then performing melting and annealing heat treatment each in vacuum or a protective atmosphere. The alloy is obtained by a reasonable design of compositions and contents. A magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant of the alloy is low, a magnetostrictive coefficient of the alloy approaches zero and the alloy has characteristics of high saturation flux density and low coercivity.
