An apparatus for assisting hair washing is provided. The apparatus comprises: a bed portion; and a stand coupled with one end of the bed portion to incline the bed portion, the stand having a support portion to support a portion of a neck or a head of a person who is at least partially on the inclined bed portion and has at least a head portion suspended in the air for hair washing. The bed portion and the stand are configured to fit within a bath tub.

A support assembly that includes a structural member that is delimited by a first end and a second end with a first end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the first end of the structural member and a second end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the second end of the structural member to mount the structural member to a structure. The support assembly allows for forces to be applied in all directions without causing rotation or disengagement of the support assembly from a mounting structure.

A portable bathing tub is shown and described. The portable bathing tub includes a frame having a housing placed on frame. The frame has a plurality of casters located on a bottom side of the frame. The housing is made up of a plurality of sidewalls and a top portion. The top portion includes a tub portion and a sink portion. There is a retractable shower fluidly connected to a water inlet source. There is further a grey water tank location within the housing supported by the frame.

An extendable shower seat. The extendable shower seat includes a chair having a back portion and a seat portion, wherein the back portion is perpendicularly affixed to a rear side of the seat portion. A frame is affixed to the lower side of the seat portion and a plurality of legs are affixed to the frame. A pair of sidewalls are each pivotally affixed to opposing lateral sides of the seat portion about a hinge, wherein the pair of sidewalls can pivot about the hinge when a button disposed on the hinge is actuated, and remain locked in the selected position when the button is released.

A non-slip shower tile comprising a rectangular base member, an abrasive surface, and at least two ribbed surfaces. The rectangular base member comprises a non-slip upper surface and a lower surface. The non-slip upper surface is configured to receive a user contact surface, for example, a foot of a user. The lower surface of the rectangular base member is positioned proximal to a floor of a shower area. The abrasive surface is positioned on the non-slip upper surface for removing dry skin or dead skin from the user contact surface. The ribbed surfaces are positioned on opposing edges of the abrasive surface for removing dry skin from the user contact surface.

An adjustable spa headrest has two side surfaces laterally disposed between front and back surfaces. A first projection extends outwardly from one of the side surfaces. A guide rail, positioned for receiving the projection, allows the spa headrest to be positioned in a number of positions. The guide rail includes a horizontal slot, a vertical slot including a number of spaced notches, each notch defined by a pair of second projections, and a spring arm depending in the vertical slot. When the first projection moves to a position between one of the second projections and the spring arm, the spring arm moves away from the second projection whereupon the spring arm applies a spring force to the first projection in a direction of second projection. In response to positioning the first projection in one of the notches, the spring arm secures the first projection in the one of the notches.

An apparatus for assisting hair washing is provided. A bathing platform is provides that includes an elongated platform having a top surface and a bottom surface, a first long side, a second long side, a first short side and a second short side. A bottom surface portion of the first and second long sides is configured to engage an upper surface of the bathtub and support the elongated platform. A bottom surface portion of the first and second short sides may also engage with an upper surface of the bathtub and support the elongated platform.

Adjustable seating devices for use in a hot tub may include multiple panels that move relative to one another and/or relative to the hot tub frame to adjust between positions. In some embodiments, one or more panels of the adjustable seating device may include jets. The adjustable seating devices may be adjusted manually, hydraulically, air-actuated, or electronically.
