In the method, the molybdenum-containing sewage is preliminarily treated in the preliminary precipitation tank to allow the impurities to settle, and then the supernatant sequentially flows into the reaction system and the filtration system for filtration. The effluent discharged from the filtration system has a molybdenum content less than 1.5 mg/L.
