Foot Scrubber Assembly
A foot scrubber assembly includes a block that is positionable on a floor of a shower. A pair of stops is each coupled to and extends upwardly from the block to define a foot space between the stops. A plurality of foot bristles is each coupled to and extends upwardly from the block to scrub a sole of the person's foot. A plurality of side bristles is each coupled to and extends away from a respective one of the stops to scrub the sides of the person's foot. A container is positioned in the block to contain a liquid soap. The container is comprised of a resiliently deformable material to be compressed by the person's foot. In this way the liquid soap can be urged outwardly from the container. The container is in fluid communication with the foot bristles to release the liquid soap into the foot bristles
Abrasive hygiene apparatus and method of use
An abrasive non-pliable hygiene apparatus for smoothing a foot and method of use. The apparatus includes an abrasion sheet, frame, and engagement sheet. The abrasion sheet is composed of a non-pliable, corrosion-resistant material with a roughened top surface designed to increase abrasion efficiency between the sheet and an epidermal surface of a foot. The abrasion sheet also has bracketing members designed to engage the frame. The frame has ridge structures designed to retain the abrasion sheet and allow for user grip. Attached to the bottom of the frame, the engagement sheet facilitates friction, retaining the placement of the apparatus during use. The frame and abrasion sheet may be one structure, having at least one additional channel disposed along a side, allowing other abrasion sheets to be attached thereto.
Multi-part skin care bar systems and methods
Multi-part skin care methods comprise providing a plurality of first portions, and providing a plurality of second portions. Each first portion is configured to have a complementary shape to each second portion. Each first portion is configured to engage with each second portion to form a multi-part skin care bar. Multi-part skin care systems comprise a plurality of first portions, and a plurality of second portions. Each first portion comprises a first engagement portion, and each second portion comprises a second engagement portion. Each second portion is configured to be coupled to each first portion via the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion to form a multi-part skin care bar.
Foot washer
A device for washing the feet and lower legs of a user comprises a tub for receiving the feet and lower legs of the user; at least one footrest located within the tub for supporting the feet of a user during washing; a fluid supply mechanism for introducing fluid into the tub; one or more rotatable transversely extending cleaning assemblies located above the footrest for washing a user's feet; and one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies communicating with the fluid supply mechanism for washing one or both lower legs of the user, wherein each rotatable upright cleaning assembly is carried on a guiding mechanism for moving the one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies around a portion of the footrest during a lower leg and foot cleaning cycle.
COMPOSITIONS, METHODS AND KITS FOR TREATING COMPLEMENT RELATED DISORDERS
Compositions, methods and kits are provided for treating complement related disorders in a subject with protein in combination having protein fusions of at least two of a CD46 protein, a CD55 protein and a CD59 protein or with a recombinant chimeric protein having at least two of a CD46 protein, a CD55 protein and a CD59 protein or with nucleic acids encoding these proteins. The composition negatively modulates classical and alternative complement pathways thereby treating complement related disorder such as macular degeneration, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, inflammatory bowel disease, thyroiditis, cryoglobulinaemia, fetal loss, organ graft rejection, cancer, etc.
AUTOMATIC FOOT WASHING AND DRYING DEVICE
The present invention is a device that can rinse and dry an individual's feet or an animal's lower extremities. The devices rinses feet in a first stage and dries in a second stage. The first half of the apparatus has multiple mist spouts that send water from all different angles. The second part has air vents that send air on both sides for drying. The device cleans sand off of feet following the beach, pesticides or dirt off of boots before entering or leaving agriculture, or many other uses. The device is placed over any drain and connected to any power and water supply.
