CURVED-SCREEN SHIELDING DEVICE
A curved-screen shielding device is provided for shielding a curved screen assembly during a coating process. The curved-screen shielding device includes at least one template sleeve and a flexible sleeve, wherein the flexible sleeve includes a first accommodating accommodation space, and the template sleeve includes a second accommodation space. The curved screen assembly can be accommodated in the first accommodation space, and the flexible sleeve can be accommodated in the second accommodation space. At least one first through hole is configured at a corresponding position of the template sleeve and the flexible sleeve, and a coating monomer can reach a coating area of the curved screen assembly through the at least one first through hole to form coatings on the coating area of the curved screen assembly. The curved-screen shielding device can provide accurate shielding and form coating at an accurate position of the curved screen assembly
SURFACE TREATMENT APPARATUS
A surface treatment apparatus includes a placement part on which a workpiece is placed, a first housing part, a second housing part, and a conveyance part. The first housing part houses the workpiece placed on the placement part. The second housing part houses the workpiece placed on the placement part. The second housing part includes a surface treatment part performing at least one type of surface treatment. The conveyance part conveys the workpiece placed on the placement part in a longitudinal direction of the first housing part or the second housing part. The surface treatment apparatus performs surface treatment on the workpiece in a state where the second housing part is a single body or in a state where the first housing part and the second housing part are plurally coupled in a conveyance direction of the conveyance part.

A surface treatment apparatus includes a placement part on which a workpiece is placed, a first housing part, a second housing part, and a conveyance part. The first housing part houses the workpiece placed on the placement part. The second housing part houses the workpiece placed on the placement part. The second housing part includes a surface treatment part performing at least one type of surface treatment. The conveyance part conveys the workpiece placed on the placement part in a longitudinal direction of the first housing part or the second housing part. The surface treatment apparatus performs surface treatment on the workpiece in a state where the second housing part is a single body or in a state where the first housing part and the second housing part are plurally coupled in a conveyance direction of the conveyance part.

A film forming apparatus includes: a rotary table provided in a chamber; a processing unit configured to perform plasma processing on a workpiece transferred by the rotary table; an inner wall configured to define a processing space and having an opening facing the rotary table; an outer wall configured to cover a periphery of the inner wall with a gap, and configured to form an exhaust space having an opening facing the rotary table; and an exhaust port connected to an exhaust device, wherein the processing unit is a film forming part configured to form a film by sputtering, and wherein both ends of the outer wall are in contact with a side surface of the chamber, and a portion of an outer periphery of the inner wall and the side surface of the chamber are partitioned, so that a reaction gas does not circulate in the exhaust space.

In some embodiments, a process kit for use in a process chamber includes: a deposition ring including a first portion having an first inner ledge and a second portion having a second inner ledge, wherein in a first position, the first portion is spaced from the second portion, and wherein in a second position, the second portion is configured to engage the first portion so that the first inner ledge is aligned with the second inner ledge along a common plane to form a clamping surface.
