According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a zinc plated steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a zinc-based plating layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein a concentration profile of one or two of oxygen, and silicon and manganese measured in a depth direction from the surface of the base steel sheet has a maximum point in the depth direction from the surface, and an absolute value of a difference between a depth at which the maximum point of the concentration profile of oxygen is formed and a depth at which the maximum point of the concentration profile of one of silicon and manganese is formed is 0.5 μm or less.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED TINPLATE, A LAMINATED TINPLATE PRODUCED THEREBY AND USE THEREOF
A method for manufacturing a laminated tinplate for packaging applications, the laminated tinplate including a tinplate sheet and a thermoplastic laminate layer that covers at least one side of the tinplate steel sheet, to a laminated tinplate produced thereby and use thereof in a process to produce containers for packaging purposes.
ALUMINUM-BASED ALLOY-PLATED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT WORKABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present disclosure relates to an aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet having excellent workability and corrosion resistance and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet preventing microcracks generated during hot forming and has excellent seizure resistance and corrosion resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same.
HOT STAMPED COMPONENT
A hot stamped component, includes: a base material; and a Zn-based plating layer provided in contact with the base material as a layer above the base material and containing Zn. A base material side of the Zn-based plating layer is a Fe—Zn solid solution, and two or more twins exist in 10 crystal grains of the Fe—Zn solid solution adjacent to an interface between the base material and the Zn-based plating layer.
COMPOSITE COATING AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a composite coating and a method for fabricating the composite coating. The composite coating comprises a polymer layer, a metal interlayer and an amorphous metal coating. The polymer layer is formed on a substrate and acts as a diffusion barrier layer, which is thick and dense enough to prevent the corrosive substances from penetrating into the substrate. The metal interlayer is formed between the polymer layer and the amorphous metal coating for improving the adhesion of the amorphous metal coating to the substrate.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING APPLIQUES ON A DIAL
A method for manufacturing appliques on a dial for a timepiece.
HOT PRESS-FORMED PART, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a hot-press formed part comprising a plated steel sheet and an aluminum alloy plated layer formed on the plated steel sheet, wherein the aluminum alloy plated layer comprises: an alloying layer (I) formed on the plated steel sheet and containing, by weight %, 5-30% of Al; an alloying layer (II) formed on the alloying layer (I) and containing, by weight %, 30 to 60% of Al; an alloying layer (III) formed on the alloying layer (II) and containing, by weight %, 20-50% of Al and 5-20% of Si; and an alloying layer (IV) formed continuously or discontinuously on at least a part of the surface of the alloying layer (III), and containing 30-60% of Al, wherein the rate of the alloying layer (III) exposed on the outermost surface of the aluminum alloy plated layer is 10% or more.
Method for forming metal plating film
A method that forms a metal plating film having a thick film thickness by a solid phase method is provided. The present disclosure is a method that forms the metal plating films of a first metal and a second metal having an ionization tendency larger than an ionization tendency of the first metal. The method includes: depositing the second metal on a surface of a copper base material to form the plating film of the second metal; and depositing the first metal on a surface of the second metal by a solid electroless plating method to form the plating film of the first metal. The solid electroless plating method in the depositing of the first metal is performed using a laminated complex. The laminated complex includes a first substitution-type electroless plating bath, a solid electrolyte membrane, a copper base material, a third metal, a second substitution-type electroless plating bath, and an insulating polymer. The first substitution-type electroless plating bath contains ions of the first metal. The second metal is plated on the copper base material. The third metal has an ionization tendency larger than the ionization tendency of the first metal. The second substitution-type electroless plating bath contains ions of the first metal.
