A floor cleaner including a vacuum source, a base having a suction inlet, a body pivotally coupled to the base, a handle that extends from the body. The floor cleaner further includes an upper end, the handle adjacent the upper end, a lower end opposite the upper end, the base adjacent the lower end, a front side, the suction inlet adjacent the front side, a back side opposite the front side, a battery that powers the vacuum source, the battery adjacent the back side, a supply tank configured to store a cleaning fluid, the supply tank adjacent the back side, and a recovery tank configured to store the cleaning fluid drawn through the suction inlet from the surface by the vacuum source, the recovery tank adjacent the front side.

A floor cleaner including a recovery tank in fluid communication with a vacuum source and a suction inlet. The recovery tank is configured to store cleaning fluid drawn through the suction inlet from a surface by the vacuum source. The recovery tank includes a tank body and a strainer. The tank body has a lower end wall and a sidewall that extends upwardly from the lower end wall and an inlet duct that extends upwardly from the lower end wall. The strainer is positioned inside the tank body, the strainer movable from a lowermost position to a removed position. The strainer includes a perforated body and an aperture through the body, the inlet duct extends through the aperture of the strainer, and the strainer engages an outer surface of the inlet duct retaining the strainer onto the inlet duct.

A floor cleaner includes a base movable over the surface to be cleaned. The base includes a front side, a back side opposite the front side, a lower end configured to be adjacent the surface to be cleaned, a suction inlet adjacent the front side and adjacent the lower end of the base and in fluid communication with a vacuum source, a brushroll rotatable about a brushroll axis, a squeegee that contacts the brushroll, the squeegee between the front side of the base and the brushroll axis. The base further includes a suction conduit between the brushroll and the back side of the base and a flow channel formed by a recesses that extends along the brushroll axis adjacent the suction conduit. The flow channel defines an edge that contacts the brushroll.

A surface cleaning apparatus, such as an extractor, has a separated liquid reservoir wherein the separated liquid reservoir includes a liquid sequestering member.

An upright surface cleaning apparatus, such as an extractor, has an upright section moveably mounted to a surface cleaning head and a recline limiter system adapted to inhibit the upright section reclining to a positon at which recovered water enters the separator.

A recovery tank for a surface cleaning apparatus such as an extractor is provided. The apparatus comprises a base positionable on the surface to be cleaned and includes a suction nozzle having a suction inlet in fluid communication with a duct and an exhaust outlet. The recovery tank is mountable to the base and has one or more walls and a bottom surface. The recovery tank includes a tank inlet extending through the bottom surface, wherein the tank inlet is positioned adjacent the base and operatively coupled to the duct outlet when the recovery tank is mounted to the base. A tank air outlet extends through the bottom surface, wherein the tank air outlet is positioned adjacent the base and operatively coupled to the exhaust outlet when the recovery tank is mounted to the base. A tank air outlet tube extends into the recovery tank from the tank air outlet.

A surface cleaning apparatus for cleaning a surface includes a recovery tank with a lower portion with a bottom wall that defines an opening and an extraction nozzle that is in fluid communication with the recovery tank. A motor/fan assembly is in fluid communication with the extraction nozzle and the recovery tank to generate a working airflow to transport debris-containing fluid including air and liquid from the extraction nozzle into the recovery tank. The surface cleaning apparatus also includes an air/liquid separator assembly that is selectively insertable into the recovery tank. The air/liquid separator assembly includes a riser tube with a liquid conduit integrally formed with an air conduit and a float assembly that is operably coupled with the air conduit. A coupling joins the air/liquid separator assembly with the recovery tank.

A waste collection bag may be used by an autonomous cleaning robot (e.g., an autonomous vacuum) to store waste during a plurality of cleaning processes. The waste bag comprises a waste bag, a waste collection sachet, and an absorbent. The waste bag has a first side and a second side, where the first side has an opening for waste to enter, and is composed of filtering material. The waste collection enclosed sachet has a first side and a second side that connect to form a cavity. The waste collection enclosed sachet is tethered to the second side of the waste bag and is composed of dissolvable paper. The absorbent may absorb liquid waste and is located inside the cavity of the waste collection enclosed sachet.

A waste liquid suction mechanism, a reaction disc, and a sample analyzer are provided. The waste liquid suction mechanism includes: a driving assembly; a lifting assembly, performing lifting movement under the action of the driving assembly, where a guide block is disposed on the lifting assembly, and stroke positions of the lifting assembly include a trigger position and a release position located below the trigger position; a suction needle assembly, disposed on the lifting assembly and performing lifting movement along with the lifting assembly, and including a suction needle configured to suck waste liquid; and a collection assembly, disposed below the suction needle assembly, and including a rotary stopper configured to block or release the suction needle.

A surface cleaning apparatus having a suction source defining a portion of a working air path and a fluid delivery system includes at least one fluid distributor, a fluid supply path, a first pump in the fluid supply path, and a second pump in the fluid supply path. The pumps are operable to effect dispensing cleaning fluid at different volumetric flow rates.
