Replacement head for a vacuum

A replacement head for a vacuum device includes a plastic tray, a filter and a pad. The plastic tray includes a dust chamber and opening allows air, dust and debris to be drawn into the dust chamber during use. The pad is attached to the lower side of the plastic tray and is in contact with the floor during cleaning. The filter is connected to the plastic tray such that the filter substantially covers a top opening in the dust chamber. The filter is preferably made of a non-woven material with a basis weight between about 20 and 70 gsm, and has a thickness less than about 1.0 mm.

ROBOT CLEANER AND AUTOMATIC CLEANING METHOD
20220000327 · 2022-01-06 ·

A cleaning robot and an automatic cleaning method thereof, to implement automatic cleaning. The cleaning robot includes a lifting mechanism and a cleaning base, where the cleaning base includes a base body, a scraping mechanism disposed on the base body, and a spraying assembly provided with nozzles. The nozzles are arranged along a mopping component of the cleaning robot and formed into a structure for spraying water or mist to the mopping component. The scraping mechanism includes a scraper, and the scraper comes into contact with and moves relative to the mopping component, to scrape off the attachment on the mopping component while squeezing out the water. The lifting mechanism causes the mopping component to lift or move down by causing the mopping component to come into contact with or separate from the scraper.

The method may include putting fresh cleaning liquid in the trolley bucket assembly bucket and the vacuum recovery tank; and, while propelling the system across hard surface flooring: dispensing fresh cleaning liquid from the bucket onto flooring by adjusting the spigot; spreading fresh cleaning liquid on flooring with the liquid spreader assembly; and vacuuming soil and cleaning liquid from flooring into the tank with the squeegee head assembly. The method may further include, when a desired amount of cleaning liquid has been dispensed from the bucket, or a desired amount of cleaning liquid has been vacuumed into the tank: stopping dispensing of cleaning liquid from the bucket; stopping propelling of the system; and transferring a desired amount of cleaning liquid from the tank to the bucket via the cleaning liquid transfer outlet. In addition, the method may include resuming propelling the system across flooring while also: dispensing; spreading; and vacuuming.

Surface cleaning apparatus

A surface cleaning apparatus such as an extractor has a liquid delivery system, a separator, a collection chamber in communication a the separated element outlet of the separator, and a separated liquid collection container downstream from the collection chamber.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENT OF SWEEPING ROBOT, AND SWEEPING ROBOT

Provided are a method and apparatus for controlling movement of a sweeping robot, and the sweeping robot. At least one position of at least one cleaning side brush at a bottom of the sweeping robot is distributed on the basis of a Reuleaux triangle. The method includes the following steps: if it is detected that the sweeping robot is currently in a corner environment, determining a central movement trajectory of the sweeping robot according to the corner environment, wherein the central movement trajectory of the sweeping robot is consistent with that of the Reuleaux triangle (S302); and controlling the sweeping robot to move according to the central corner environment trajectory of the sweeping robot, and at the same time controlling the sweeping robot to rotate on its axis, such that the cleaning side brushes clean the corner environment (S304).

VERTICAL SURFACE CLEANING AUTONOMOUS DEVICE
20210338032 · 2021-11-04 ·

A vertical surface cleaning device comprising a main body, a cleaning arm, a cleaning head, and leg mechanisms with grippers. The cleaning head applies a cleaning fluid on a surface to carry out a cleaning operation. A waste collector is provided to collect a waste material arising from the cleaning operation. The grippers may remain in a grip or in a release state. The segments of the leg mechanisms are articulatable to configure a first group of the leg mechanisms to stably hold the main body at a first place with the grippers remaining in the grip state. A second group of the leg mechanisms move in a desired direction with their grippers in release state while the first group stably holds the main body. The first group of the leg mechanisms then moves in the same direction while the second group holds the main body at a second place.
