Dishwasher comprising a reservoir and associated preheating method
A dishwasher includes a reservoir for storing washing fluid, and a control device configured for calling up at least one dishwashing program for controlling a washing cycle for washing items to be washed in a washing chamber and at least one preheating program for controlling a preheating cycle for preheating washing fluid for a washing cycle separately from each other. The preheating cycle includes a heating phase during which washing fluid is circulated and the circulated washing fluid is heated. The preheating cycle has downstream of the heating phase a pumping phase during which previously circulated and heated washing fluid is pumped into the reservoir.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher includes a case, a sump connected to an inside of the case and collecting washing water, a washing pump receiving washing water from the sump and generating steam, and a steam nozzle connected to the washing pump and spraying steam to the inside of the case. The steam nozzle includes a steam nozzle body having a steam inlet and including a steam accommodating portion accommodating steam therein, a first steam sprayer provided in the steam nozzle body and spraying steam to the inside of the case, and a second steam sprayer provided in the steam nozzle body and disposed at a position farther from the steam inlet than the first steam sprayer, wherein a tunnel flow path penetrating through a lower end of the first steam sprayer is formed to allow steam passing through the tunnel flow path to be introduced into the second steam sprayer.
Water conserving cleaning system, apparatus and method
The present disclosure is directed to an apparatus for rinsing and disinfecting utensils, on demand, with a controller operating the components that deliver a pro-determined volume or timed flow of water, and exposure time of sanitizer(s) to the intended objects. The spray embodiment has high performance conical spray nozzle(s) controlled by a controller that reduces water usage and that may vary depending on the viscosity of the material to be eliminated. The recirculating embodiment has a recirculating water system, with a controller operating the components that recirculate water throughout the system until the turbidity exceeds a chosen threshold, and displace with fresh water until the turbidity returns to a lower threshold. The water resumes recirculation until it again exceeds the chose turbidity threshold and the water in the system is again displaced by fresh water. Both spray and recirculating embodiments can contain multiple rinse stations.
Dishwasher for cleaning items in the shape of drinking vessels and counter module with such a dishwasher
A dishwasher (1) includes a treatment zone (3) and a conveyor apparatus (4) for transporting washware items (2) from a placement area (5) through the treatment zone (3) to a removal area (6). A washing and/or rinsing system has at least one washing and/or rinsing pump (9) and washing and/or rinsing nozzles. The dishwasher (1) is spatially partitioned into an over table area (7), which, when the dishwasher (1) is used as intended, is positioned above a counter level (13), and an under table area (8), which, when the dishwasher (1) is used as intended, is positioned below the counter level (13), wherein the placement area (5), the removal area (6) and the treatment zone (3) are respectively part of the over table area (7), and wherein at least the washing and/or rinsing pump (9) of the washing and/or rinsing system is part of the under table area (8).
WAREWASHER WITH HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM
A warewash machine includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having at least one wash zone. A refrigerant medium circuit includes a first condenser and a second condenser, the first condenser located upstream of the second condenser in the refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant medium circuit includes a first flow path through the first condenser and a second flow path in bypass of the first condenser, and a valve for selectively controlling whether at least some refrigerant medium flows along the first flow path or the second flow path.
WAREWASHER WITH HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM
A warewash machine includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having at least one wash zone. A refrigerant medium circuit includes a first heat exchanger arranged to deliver refrigerant medium heat to a first fluid and a second heat exchanger arranged to provide a heat exchange relationship between the refrigerant medium and a second fluid, the first heat exchanger located upstream of the second heat exchanger in the refrigerant medium circuit. A bypass arrangement for causing at least some refrigerant medium to selectively bypass at least one of the first condenser or the second condenser based upon subcooled refrigerant medium condition.
METHOD FOR WASHING LABORATORY CONSUMABLES
A method for washing laboratory consumables comprises directing one or more liquid solutions to contact a plurality of laboratory consumables held by a rack, draining the one or more liquid solutions via a waste drain disposed proximate to a washing chamber configured to receive the one or more directed liquid solutions following the contact by the one or more liquid solutions with the plurality of laboratory consumables, and exposing the plurality of laboratory consumables to light in an ultraviolet (UV) range. The directing comprises introducing the one or more liquid solutions into a fluid input and out of a plurality of fluid outputs of a manifold dispenser. The number of fluid outputs is equal to the number of laboratory consumables such that each one of the fluid outputs directs the one or more liquid solutions at a corresponding one of the laboratory consumables.
PUMP AND DISHWASHER COMPRISING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a pump which sends washing water and generates steam in order to wash the dishes or the cooking utensils, and a dishwasher including the same. The pump according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing; an impeller which is disposed inside the housing and flows washing water; and a heater which is coupled to a lower side of the housing and generates steam by heating the washing water in the housing, wherein the housing includes: a pump lower portion through which the washing water is introduced by rotation of the impeller; and a pump upper portion through which the washing water flows out by rotation of the impeller and the steam generated by the heater flows out, thereby generating steam.
DISHWASHER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a dishwasher for washing the dishes or the cooking utensils by spraying washing water and steam and a controlling method therefor. The method of controlling a dishwasher includes: a steam supply step of supplying washing water to the sump from an external water source; and a steam generation step of maintaining a water level of the washing water existing inside the washing pump at a certain water level or higher and heating the washing water.
DISHWASHER
