DISH WASHER
A dish washer includes a tub defining a washing space, a base disposed below the tub and defining a space below the tub, a sump disposed in the space defined by the base and configured to store water, a washing pump disposed in the space defined by the base and configured to supply the water stored in the sump to the washing space, and an air jet generator having a venturi shape including an air inlet provided on one side, an inlet having a downward opening, and an outlet provided above a bottom surface of the tub. The air jet generator further includes a tub mounting portion fixing an upper portion of the air jet generator to the bottom surface of the tub and a base fixing portion disposed below the tub mounting portion, the base fixing portion coupling a lower portion of the air jet generator to the base.

DISHWASHER
A dishwasher includes a case, injection arms, a sump including an injection flow path coupling portion, a washing pump for supplying washing water stored in the sump to the injection arms, and a switching valve including a flow path distributor for distributing washing water to injection arms. The flow path distributor defines distribution holes. When the flow path distributor is in a reference position, the distribution holes are positioned so that all of the injection arm supply holes are opened, and, when the flow path distributor is rotated by a first angle from a reference position, the distribution holes are positioned so that any one of the injection arm supply holes is opened. The injection flow path coupling portion includes a plurality of support ribs protruded toward the flow path distributor and including a support rib corresponding to at least one of the distribution holes.
Dishwasher
Provided is a dishwasher for spraying washing water or steam to wash dishes or cooking appliances. The dishwasher according to the present invention includes: a case; a tub which is provided inside the case to form a washing space where a target of washing is received; a spray arm which sprays washing water into the tub; a sump which is disposed under the tub to store the washing water; a washing pump which supplies the washing water stored in the sump to the spray arm and generates steam; a steam nozzle which sprays the steam generated in the washing pump to the washing space; and a steam hose which connects the washing pump and the steam nozzle, wherein the sump comprises a steam hose supporter that supports the steam hose.
Appliance drying duct
An apparatus for removing moisture as liquid from moisture-laden air in an appliance is provided. The apparatus includes a body that defines a channel extending from a first position to a second position and a serpentine flow path between the first position and the second position that operates to redirect the moisture-laden air to remove the liquid from the moisture-laden air. The body includes an opening at the serpentine flow path that is closed when the apparatus is secured to the wall of the appliance. In operation, the body cooperates with the wall to cause the moisture-laden air entering the channel at the first position through an inlet opening in the wall to pass into the serpentine flow path to remove the liquid from the moisture-laden air before the liquid exits the channel at the second position through an outlet opening in the wall.
Stand-alone dishwasher
A stand-alone dishwasher for non-plumbed, environmentally friendly dishwashing includes a washer body. A front side has a drain aperture extending through to an inner compartment of the washer body. A lid is coupled to the washer body to cover and alternatively uncover a principal aperture. A plurality of rails is coupled within the inner compartment to support a plurality of racks that is removable through the principal aperture. A floor panel is coupled to the washer body and creates a lower compartment between a bottom side of washer body and the floor panel. A heater is coupled within the lower compartment. The heater is configured to turn water within the inner compartment into steam. A plurality of controls is coupled to the lid. The plurality of controls is in operational communication with the heating element.
DISHWASHER SUMP AND DISHWASHER APPARATUS
A dishwashing apparatus may include a sump. The sump may include a sump pan configured to couple with a wash chamber of the dishwashing apparatus. The sump may include a sump well coupled to the sump pan and configured to collect the liquid from the sump pan. The sump well may include a well inlet in communication with the sump pan. The sump pan may convey the liquid to the well inlet. A recirculation port extending through a first wall of the sump well. A drain port may extend through a second wall of the sump well. The second wall defines a bottom of the sump well. The dishwashing apparatus may include a controller. The controller may monitor electrical characteristics of a pump. The controller may provide a notification if fluid is not flowing through the pump.
Drying systems for dishwasher appliances
A dishwasher appliance is provided. The dishwasher appliance includes a cabinet and a tub positioned within the cabinet. The tub may define a wash chamber. The dishwasher appliance may also include a drying system comprising a cooling conduit, a first fan, and a second fan. The cooling conduit may define a cooling conduit passage that is in fluid communication with the wash chamber. The first fan may be operable to draw wash chamber air into the cooling conduit passage. In addition, the second fan may be operable to direct a flow of ambient air onto an exterior surface of the cooling conduit.
Dishwasher having a terminal box
A dishwasher having a tub at least partially defining a treating chamber has a chassis supporting the tub. The chassis has a base and defines a space below the tub, and a terminal box having at least one enclosure wall defining an interior is located within the space. A wire connection box is located within the interior of the terminal box. The wire connection box includes a housing and multiple terminals, and is configured to receive and couple the electrical connection for the dishwasher and the electrical mains power line.
