SPECIFIC MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES OF THE ANTIGEN M OF THE HUMAN METAPNEUMOVIRUS (HMPV) AND USE THEREOF IN A DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
The invention relates to murine monoclonal antibodies corresponding to monoclonal antibodies secreted by cell lines of hybridomas denominated 3G8/C11 and 7G4/A12, and which react against the antigen M of hMPV. Said antibodies do not compete with each other for the binding site for binding to the antigen, nor do they impede the simultaneous binding thereof to the antigen. Said monoclonal antibodies can be used for tests for the detection, diagnosis and/or determination of infection by hMPV.
Coiled coil immunoglobulin fusion proteins and compositions thereof
Disclosed herein are immunoglobulin fusion proteins comprising a first antibody region, a first therapeutic agent, and a first connecting peptide; wherein the first therapeutic agent is attached to the first antibody region by the connecting peptide; and wherein the connecting peptide does not comprise a region having beta strand secondary structure. The connecting peptide may comprise an extender peptide. The extender peptide may have an alpha helical secondary structure. The connecting peptide may comprise a linker peptide. The linker peptide may not comprise any secondary structure. Also disclosed herein are compositions comprising the immunoglobulin fusion proteins and methods for using the immunoglobulin fusion proteins for the treatment or prevention of a disease or condition in a subject.
COMBINATION PIV3/HMPV RNA VACCINES
The disclosure relates to respiratory virus ribonucleic acid (RNA) vaccines and combination vaccines, as well as methods of using the vaccines and compositions comprising the vaccines.
ANTIBODY DRUG CONJUGATES COMPRISING STING AGONISTS
The present disclosure provides scaffolds and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising a stimulator of interferon genes (STING). The present disclosure also provides uses of the ADCs in treatment, e.g., treatment of cancer.
AN IMPROVED MANUFACTURING METHOD
This application is directed to a method of producing vials containing a composition comprising a recombinant protein. In some embodiments, the method comprises: (a) providing a container containing a composition comprising a recombinant protein optionally where the container has been stored under positive pressure; (b) applying a vacuum to the container containing a composition comprising a recombinant protein; (c) allowing the vacuum to degas the composition; and (d) filling vials with the de gassed composition comprising a recombinant protein.
Anti-RSV monoclonal antibody formulation
The present invention provides a formulation comprising: (i) an anti-RSV monoclonal antibody; and (ii) an ionic excipient; wherein the monoclonal antibody is present at a concentration of about 50 mg/ml or greater and the ionic excipient is present at a concentration of between 50 and 150 mM and the formulation has a pH of about 5.5 to about 7.5.
Bispecific Molecules That Are Immunoreactive With Immune Effector Cells That Express An Activating Receptor And An Antigen Expressed By A Cell Infected By A Virus And Uses Thereof
The present invention relates to bispecific molecules that are capable of localizing an immune effector cell that expresses an activating receptor to a virally infected cell, so as to thereby facilitate the killing of the virally infected cell. In a preferred embodiment, such localization is accomplished using bispecific molecules that are immunoreactive with an activating receptor of an immune effector cell and to an antigen expressed by a cell infected with a virus wherein the antigen is detectably present on the cell infected with the virus at a level that is greater than the level at which the antigen is detected on the virus by the bispecific molecules, and to the use of such bispecific molecules in the treatment of latent viral infections.
RSV F protein compositions and method for making same
The present invention relates to immunogenic compositions comprising RSV F protein, methods for preparing compositions that contain RSV F protein ecto-domain polypeptides, and to certain engineered RSV F proteins and nucleic acids that encode the engineered RSV F proteins. Compositions prepared using the methods can contain RSV F protein ecto-domain polypeptides in a predominant or single desired form and conformation. The invention also relates to methods for inducing an immune response to RSV F.
AFFINITY SEPARATION MATRIX FOR PURIFYING PROTEIN CONTAINING IMMUNOGLOBULIN K CHAIN VARIABLE REGION
An affinity separation matrix includes a water-insoluble base material; and a ligand that is immobilized on the water-insoluble base material, wherein the ligand is an antibody κ chain variable region-binding peptide comprising B5 domain of Protein L derived from Peptostreptococcus magnus 312 strain or a part thereof.
ANTIBODY-CYTOKINE ENGRAFTED PROTEINS AND METHODS OF USE FOR IMMUNE RELATED DISORDERS
The present disclosure provides antibody cytokine engrafted proteins that bind to and stimulate intracellular signaling through a high affinity interleukin receptor. The antibody cytokine engrafted proteins find use in enhancing anti-inflammatory cell responses, and reducing pro-inflammatory effects in the treatment, amelioration and prevention of immune related disorders such as Type 1 Diabetes.
