According to the present invention, a light-scattering liquid crystal device having dramatically improved adhesion can be provided.

A crosslinking component is also present in the primer composition, where the crosslinking component is an amine.

The UV absorber-comprising urethane exhibits a UV absorption maximum between 300 and 360 nanometers.
