Provided are a curable resin composition containing a compound represented by General Formula (1) and a component (B); and a cemented lens using the composition. Component (B): a polymer including a structural unit (bi) having an aromatic ring and a structural unit (b2) having a hydrogen bonding group, in which a proportion of the structural unit (b1) in all structural units constituting the polymer is 10% by mass or more and a proportion of the structural unit (b2) in all structural units constituting the polymer is 3% by mass or more, where the structural unit (bi) has no hydrogen bonding group.

Provided is a liquid crystal composition with which an optically anisotropic layer having excellent light resistance can be formed and an image display device having an excellent contrast can be manufactured, an optically anisotropic layer, an optical film, a polarizing plate, and an image display device. The liquid crystal composition contains a liquid crystal compound and a non-liquid crystal compound, in which both of the liquid crystal compound and the non-liquid crystal compound are compounds having any of aromatic rings selected from the group consisting of groups represented by predetermined formulae, and a ratio of a molecular weight of the non-liquid crystal compound to a molecular weight of the liquid crystal compound is 1 or less.
CONDUCTIVE POLYMER MATERIAL AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a conductive polymer material. The conductive polymer material includes a conductive polymer having structural units derived from the following monomers: (a) a monomer of formula (I):

and (b) a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group which has the following formula:

wherein A, X, R1, R2, R6 to R9, q and w are described in the specification. The conductive polymer material of the present disclosure has high withstand voltage and high capacitance and can be used for the preparation of solid capacitors or hybrid capacitors. In addition, the conductive polymer material according to the present disclosure has high electrical conductivity and good water washing resistance and is thus useful for an antistatic coating or smart fabrics.
CONDUCTIVE POLYMER MATERIAL AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a conductive polymer material. The conductive polymer material includes a conductive polymer having structural units derived from the following monomers: (a) a monomer of formula (I):

POLARIZING PLATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A polarizing plate and a display device including the same. The polarizing plate includes a retardation layer exhibiting ultraviolet blocking characteristics even in a state where the retardation layer does not include any ultraviolet absorber or light stabilizer. The polarizing plate can be used alone or in combination with an appropriate sunscreen or a light stabilizer as needed to selectively block ultraviolet rays in a region requiring blocking, without affecting display performance, such as color senses and image quality, of a display device. The polarizing plate can also be formed with a small thickness without requiring a separate ultraviolet blocking layer, and also has excellent durability, because the polarizing plate exhibits a certain ultraviolet blocking property even in the absence of an ultraviolet absorber or light stabilizer.

Overcoat compositions and methods for photolithography
Topcoat compositions are provided that are suitably applied above a photoresist composition. Preferred topcoat compositions comprise a first polymer comprising first units comprising a reactive nitrogen-containing moiety spaced from the polymer backbone, wherein the nitrogen-containing moiety produces a basic cleavage product during lithographic processing of the photoresist composition.

In General Formula A, Ar represents an n-valent group containing a nitrogen-containing fused aromatic ring as a partial structure; L represents a linking group such as —O— and —C(═O)O—; Sp represents a single bond or a divalent linking group; Pol represents a hydrogen atom or a polymerizable group; n represents 1 or 2; and the compound represented by General Formula A has at least one polymerizable group.

In General Formula B, R′, R″, and R′″ are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent; R′ and R″ or R″ and R′″ may be bonded to each other to form a ring that may have a substituent; and W is a hydrogen atom or a substituent. Using the curable composition of the present invention, it is possible to form a cured product having a small Abbe number, a large partial dispersion ratio, and high light stability.

The present invention provides a curable composition containing a compound represented by General Formula A and a compound represented by General Formula B.
