SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES FOR A DIGGING MACHINE
Digging machine having a body with an at least partially hollow interior and one or more odd-shaped wheels attached to the body, one or more motors disposed inside the body, and each motor can be configured to independently power one of the one or more odd-shaped wheels, where each of the one or more odd-shaped wheels include one or more digging members.
SEED SPIKE AND PLANTER USING SAME
Disclosed is a seed spike assembly may include a body having an inclined back side and a front side that connect to form a substantially pointed end.
Singulating hand planter and fertilizer applicator
A hand-planter for singulation planting of cereal, grain, seed and other crops includes a tapered soil engagement component for striking and penetrating a soil surface. With each planter strike to the soil surface, the planter is actuated to meter a granular material product by reciprocating a drum to rotate, thereby exposing a cavity to a material hopper. As the actuation force is released, the reciprocating drum rotates in an opposite direction to its original location and drops the material that has been metered.
Hand seed planter with soil-removing feature
A seed planter capable of removing soil, which is capable of: forming holes in which seeds can be planted by applying downward pressure to soil furrows covered by vinyl and by removing the covered vinyl and soil all at once, and at the same time inserting a supply pipe into the formed holes such that the seeds, water, and a fertilizer can be selectively placed therein; enables the removed covered vinyl at a fixing pin and within a needle member; and has a measuring tape such that holes can be precisely formed at proper intervals for growing plants.
Planter having a seeding system
A planter for planting seeds in the ground including a seed meter configured to provide a regulated flow of seeds, and a seed conduit defining a first portion of a flow path configured to transport the seeds from the seed meter towards the ground. The planter also includes a seed guide having an aperture in fluid communication with the seed conduit, the seed guide defining a second portion of the flow path configured to transport the seeds from the seed conduit towards the ground, and a shaft configured to reciprocate with respect to the seed guide through a stroke path towards and away from the ground. The shaft is configured to create a discrete hole in the ground for one of the seeds. A side of the shaft is configured to inhibit the one of the seeds from entering the second portion of the flow path until the shaft retracts past the aperture.
SEED SPIKE AND PLANTER USING THE SAME
Disclosed is a seed spike assembly may include a body having an inclined back side and a front side that connect to form a substantially pointed end, the body including a first channel configured to receive an agricultural seed and a second channel that intersects the first channel and receives the seed from the first channel, the second channel having an opening through which the seed may exit the body; and a slider in the second channel, the slider having a pointed end and configured to slide into a first position to block a seed from entering the second channel from the first channel, a second position to allow the seed the enter the second channel, and a third position where the slider extends out of the second channel near the pointed end.
Hydroponic high density grow board for deep water culture
The present disclosure provides a raft design for use in hydroponically growing crop seeds. The raft has a plurality of ribs that have a plurality of furrows between them. Media and crop seeds are placed in the furrows. The ribs have rounded tops so that the media and crop seeds do not get stuck on the top of the rib, but rather fall into the furrows. The raft also has a curved or arched underside, so that when the rafts are stacked on top of one another, air can circulate. The present disclosure also provides a process for filing the raft with growing media, seeding, and/or a topcoat. The furrows of the raft are oriented with respect to a hopper to provide a high efficiency.
Planter having a seeding system
A seeding machine moves over the ground and includes a frame, at least one hopper containing seeds to be planted and planting row units connected to the frame. Each of the row units includes a seed metering device that separates and guides individual seeds into a planting position, and a shaft that reciprocates with respect to the frame through a stroke path. The stroke path includes extension towards the ground to a lowered position and retraction away from the ground to a raised position. The shaft engages one of the seeds from the planting position while the shaft is near the raised position. The shaft moves the one of the seeds downward while the shaft extends toward the ground to create an opening in the ground by pressing the one of the seeds into ground while the shaft is near the lowered position.
SEED INJECTOR SYSTEM
Disclosed is a dibbler comprising a body having a seed entrance aperture configured to receive a seed, a seed exit aperture configured to allow the seed to exit the body, and a first channel configured allow the seed to travel from the seed entrance aperture to the seed exit aperture. The dibbler further includes a push pin and a gate slidingly connected to the body to cover and expose the see exit aperture, wherein the body includes a second channel configured to allow the push pin to push the seed through the seed exit aperture.
