Systems, devices, and methods are described for assessing the risk of developmental, cognitive, social, or mental abilities or disabilities in very young patients (e.g., in the first 2-6 months of life). Generally, the decline in visual fixation of a subject over time with respect to certain dynamic stimuli provides a marker of possible abilities or disabilities (such as ASD). The visual fixation of the subject is identified, monitored, and tracked over time through repeated eye tracking sessions, and data relating to the visual fixation is then analyzed to determine a possible increased risk certain conditions in the subject. A change in visual fixation as compared to similar visual fixation data of typically-developing subjects or to a subject's own, prior visual fixation data provides an indication of a developmental, cognitive, or mental ability or disability.

Step 1 is to confirm an initial emotion of a user. Step 2 is to set a target emotion. Step 3 is to select a relay emotion to set an emotion navigation path. Step 4 is to edit a multispectral recipe corresponding to the relay emotion and the target emotion according to the multispectral recipe. Step 5 is to perform a lighting program of the multispectral recipe of the relay emotion and the target emotion. If the determination is not reaching the target emotion of Step 6, then go to obtain the user's personal physiological data to find out the multispectral recipe of the corresponding emotion that can adjust to the target emotion.

Each inhaler stick provides a scent that is different than every other inhaler stick in smell or concentration. A computer application running on a smart device having a camera is used to identify each inhaler stick in the kit using the first indicia and to prompt a user to select a detected scent from a plurality of options in response to presentation of the first indicia to the camera of the smart device. The smart devise also captures cognitive functions and integrates performance of various cognitive domains with olfactory performance.

Multi-state engagement with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems is described. Given the number of people that wear CGM systems and because CGM systems produce measurements continuously, a platform that provides a CGM system may have an enormous amount of data. This amount of data is practically, if not actually, impossible for humans to process. In implementations, a CGM platform includes a data analytics platform that obtains packages of glucose measurements provided by a CGM system and also obtains additional data associated with a user. The data analytics platform generates state information for the user by processing these CGM packages and the additional data, at least in part, by using one or more models. Based on this state information, the data analytics platform controls communication with the user, which may include generating intervention strategies to prevent users from transitioning to a negative state such as discontinuing use of the CGM system.
