An On-Line Control and Reaction Process for pH Adjustment
20170342663 · 2017-11-30 · ·

An on-line control and reaction process for pH adjustment and a control device for automatically adjusting pH value are provided. The process includes mixing a first enhancer and a second enhancer, optionally after diluting the first enhancer and/or the second enhancer with water, to form a mixture, setting a base pH value (δ1) and a target pH value (δ2), and adding pH adjuster into the mixture via a pH control unit and mixing to obtain a product with the target pH value. The pH control unit adjusts the adding of the pH adjuster by measuring or inputting certain parameters.

Rubber composition and method for producing same
11261311 · 2022-03-01 · ·

This rubber composition comprises a rubber wet master batch which uses a rubber latex solution and a carbon black (A)-containing slurry as raw materials, rubber, and carbon black (B), wherein the amount of the carbon black (A) in the rubber wet master batch is 1 to 35 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component in the rubber wet master batch, and the total amount of the carbon black (A) and (B) in the rubber composition is 50 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total rubber component in the rubber composition. Accordingly, the present invention can provide: a rubber composition from which vulcanized rubber having excellent low heat generating properties and wear resistance can be obtained; and a method for producing the rubber composition.

Cross-Linkable Polymer, Hydrogel, and Method of Preparation Thereof

The invention relates to a cross-linkable polymer including a base polymer including functional groups at least some of which have been reacted with a first organic molecule including a cross-linkable unit and with a second organic molecule capable of bonding to organic and/or inorganic substrates. The invention further relates to a hydrogel including the cross-linkable polymer that includes cross-linkable polymer strands, wherein at least some of the cross-linkable units of different cross-linkable polymer strands have reacted to form a covalent bond thereby forming a covalently linked network. The invention further relates to a method for the preparation of the hydrogel and to the use of the hydrogel.
