RESIN COMPOSITION AND AIR INTAKE HOSE INCLUDING THE SAME
Disclosed are a resin composition and a vehicle part (e.g., an air intake hose) including the same. The resin composition includes a base resin and an additive, the base resin including a polyester-based elastomer and an engineering plastic. As manufactured using the resin composition described herein, the air intake hose may have a low specific gravity and excellent oil resistance and mechanical properties.
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PASTE
An electrically conductive paste includes: an elastic binder; and a conductive filler. The conductive filler includes: at least one spherical conductive filler, at least one plate-like conductive filler, and at least one rod-like conductive filler. In an embodiment, the spherical filler has a mean particle diameter, measured in accordance with ISO 21501-2:2019-11 of at most 200 μm.
Fiber-reinforced polymer composition for use in an electronic module
A fiber-reinforced polymer composition that comprises a polymer matrix; a thermally conductive filler distributed within the polymer matrix; and a plurality of long fibers distributed within the polymer matrix is provided. The long fibers comprise an electrically conductive material and have a length of about 7 millimeters or more. Further, the composition exhibits an in-plane thermal conductivity of about 1 W/m-K or more as determined in accordance with ASTM E 1461-13 and an electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of about 20 dB or more as determined at a frequency of 1 GHz in accordance with EM 2107A.

An adhesive composition containing (A) a modified polyolefin resin and (B) an epoxy compound, wherein the modified polyolefin resin (A) is a polyolefin resin graft modified with a modifying agent that contains an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof. The content of the epoxy compound (B) is 1-20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the modified polyolefin resin (A); and the epoxy compound is composed of two or more types of epoxy compounds.
Metal particle-containing composition and electrically conductive adhesive film
The present disclosure relates to a metal particle-containing composition contains at least one thermosetting resin (R), a hardening agent (H), and at least three types of metal particles (P) different from one another. The metal particles (P) contain a solder alloy particle (P1) containing a tin alloy containing at least one metal (A), wherein the metal (A) is a metal that forms a eutectic crystal with tin at a eutectic temperature of 200° C. or lower, at least one metal particle (P2) containing a metal (B) having a melting point exceeding 420° C. in a bulk, the metal particle (P2) having a melting point higher than a solidus temperature of the solder alloy particle (P1), and at least one metal particle (P3) containing a metal (C) that forms an intermetallic compound with a metal contained in the solder alloy particle (P1).
BONDING SHEET
Provided is a bonding sheet using a copper particle that is less prone to deteriorate the sintering property due to oxidation of the copper particle, and can form a dense bonding layer having fewer voids, and can also bond an electronic component and the like with a high bonding strength. A bonding sheet (1) contains a copper particle (2) and a solvent (3) having a boiling point of 150° C. or higher, in which the copper particle (2) has a surface covered with an organic protective film, the content ratio of the copper particle (2) to the solvent (3) is in the range of 99:1 to 90:10 by mass, and the BET diameter of the copper particle (2) is in the range of 50 nm to 300 nm both inclusive.

The biodegradable coating shows a good and long-lasting adhesion to the surface of a medical article and allows to improve both the coating operations and the effectiveness in preventing any biofilm formation on the medical article.
THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION
Provided is a thermally conductive composition that is capable of effectively suppressing pump out. Specifically provided is a thermally conductive composition that contains a base oil composition and an inorganic powder filler, wherein: the base oil composition contains a base oil, a thermoplastic resin that has a softening point of 50-150° C., and a thixotropic agent; and when shaped into a thermally conductive sheet of the thermally conductive composition at a temperature not less than the softening point of the thermoplastic resin, the type-A hardness (in compliance with JIS K 6253-3) of the thermally conductive sheet as measured using a durometer is 30-80.
