METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING POLYVINYLIDENE CHLORIDE CONTAINING COMPOSITE MATERIAL
20240018329 · 2024-01-18 ·

A method of recycling a composite material of polyolefin and polyvinylidene chloride. The composite material is subjected to a polar aprotic solvent to dissolve the polyvinylidene chloride from the composite material into the solution of the polar aprotic solvent. The undissolved composite material from the solution can be collected and rinsed. The collected undissolved composite material being substantially free from polyvinylidene chloride. The polyvinylidene chloride can be precipitated out of the solution. The precipitated polyvinylidene chloride being substantially pure polyvinylidene chloride.

BIODEGRADABLE POLYESTER FABRIC AND PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF

A biodegradable polyester fabric and preparation methods thereof are disclosed. A biodegradable additive is added to PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) to allow rapid biodegradation of a textile material in soil, achieving the advantages of environment protection and the like. In addition, different raw materials can be selected for the PET. When recyclable PET bottles, PET packages or polyester fabrics are selected, the waste PET bottles, PET packages or polyester fabrics can be recycled and reused to prepare a biodegradable type of product, which not only reduces economic cost but also achieves multiple advantages such as environmental protection. For the biodegradable polyester fabric, a dye additive can also be added while adding the biodegradable additive to prepare a dye-doped biodegradable polyester fabric, thereby preventing the production of dye wastewater to achieve the purpose of environment protection and moreover, to reduce the preparation cost, with a new biodegradable polyester fabric obtained.

An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate having a good appearance, such as surface smoothness (thickness uniformity); high surface hardness; recoatability that enables the functional layer to be provided on the hard coat layer; and a function, such as scratch resistance and stain repellency. The present invention relates to a laminate including a laminated portion constituted of two or more layers including a hard coat layer and a functional layer in contact with the hard coat layer, and a substrate in contact with the hard coat layer, the functional layer being the outermost surface of the laminate: wherein the hard coat layer is a cured product layer of a curable composition containing a polyorganosilsesquioxane and silica particles, the silica particles including a group containing a (meth)acryloyl group on the surface.

Pressure sensitive adhesive composition

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, an optical member, a polarizing plate, and a display device. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may form a pressure-sensitive adhesive which has excellent general physical properties such as coating properties, endurance reliability, or the like, and which may stably maintain the physical properties for the long term. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may be particularly applied to various optical films, thereby forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which exhibits excellent adhesion with the optical film, and when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to the polarizing plate, bending properties may be effectively prevented.

Window film and display including the same

A window film includes a base layer and a coating layer formed on the base layer. The coating layer contains a silicone resin, and the window film contains a dye having a maximum absorption wavelength of about 500 nm to about 650 nm. A display includes the window film, and may be a flexible display.
