An addition-curable liquid silicone rubber composition for airbags having, as essential components:

(A) an organopolysiloxane having a weight-average degree of polymerization of 100-2,000 and containing two or more silicon-atom-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule;

(B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule;

(C) a silica fine powder having a BET specific surface area of 50 m.sup.2/g or higher;

(D) a catalyst for a hydrosilylation reaction;

(E) an organic compound including at least one functional group selected from alkenyl groups, alkoxysilyl groups, and hydrosilyl groups, and at least one isocyanate group, per molecule; and

(F) a condensation catalyst selected from organic titanium compounds, organic zirconium compounds, and organic aluminum compounds.

An addition-curable liquid silicone rubber composition for airbags having, as essential components:

THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE

Provided is a thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) a non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin, 45 to 150 parts by weight of (B) a thermoplastic resin that is different from the non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin and has a dielectric loss tangent of not more than 0.005 when measured at a frequency of 5.8 GHz by the cavity resonance perturbation method, 2 to 20 parts by weight of (C) a compatibilizer having at least one reactive functional group selected from epoxy, acid anhydride, oxazoline, isocyanate, and carbodiimide groups, and 0.2 to 5 parts by weight of (D) at least one compound selected from tertiary amines, amidine compounds, organic phosphines and salts thereof, imidazoles, and boron compounds, wherein the ratio of the sum of the thermoplastic resin (B) and the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 50 to 150 parts by weight and the weight ratio (B)/(C) of the thermoplastic resin (B) to the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 8 to 50. The thermoplastic polyester resin composition can be molded into an article with low dielectric properties, excellent mechanical properties, and high bondability to metals.

THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE

Provided is a thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) a non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin, 45 to 150 parts by weight of (B) a thermoplastic resin that is different from the non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin and has a dielectric loss tangent of not more than 0.005 when measured at a frequency of 5.8 GHz by the cavity resonance perturbation method, 2 to 20 parts by weight of (C) a compatibilizer having at least one reactive functional group selected from epoxy, acid anhydride, oxazoline, isocyanate, and carbodiimide groups, and 0.2 to 5 parts by weight of (D) at least one compound selected from tertiary amines, amidine compounds, organic phosphines and salts thereof, imidazoles, and boron compounds, wherein the ratio of the sum of the thermoplastic resin (B) and the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 50 to 150 parts by weight and the weight ratio (B)/(C) of the thermoplastic resin (B) to the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 8 to 50. The thermoplastic polyester resin composition can be molded into an article with low dielectric properties, excellent mechanical properties, and high bondability to metals.

Composition for Silicone Rubber Masses

A composition containing a curing agent for silicone rubber masses and an organosilane, in particular a heterocyclic organosilane, as well as sealing agents, adhesives or coating agents containing this composition, the use of this composition as a sealing agent, adhesive or coating agent and the use of an organosilane according to the invention, in particular a heterocyclic organosilane as a water scavenger, alcohol scavenger and/or hydroxide ion scavenger and, after activation, as an adhesion promoter in silicone rubber masses is presented and described.

ROOM-TEMPERATURE-CURABLE POLYBUTADIENE RESIN COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND PACKAGED CIRCUIT BOARD

This room-temperature-curable polybutadiene resin composition contains: (A) a urethane oligomer comprising a condensation polymer of (A1) a polybutadiene having an OH group at both ends of the molecular chain and (A2) a diisocyanate compound; (B) a hydrolysable organosilane compound which, in one molecule, has on average two or more hydrolysable groups bonded to a silicon atom and does not have three or more nitrogen atoms, and/or a partially hydrolysed condensate of said compound; (C) a condensation reaction catalyst; and (D) a hydrolysable organosilane compound which, in one molecule, has three or more nitrogen atoms, and/or a partially hydrolysed condensate of said compound.

Said room-temperature-curable polybutadiene resin composition allows a coating film to be obtained, in particular a coating film that is resistant to gas permeation, said coating film therefore being useful as a coating material having properties preventing corrosion by a corrosive gas.
