Personalized heart rhythm therapy

Disclosed includes a body surface device for diagnosing locations associated with electrical rhythm disorders to guide therapy. The device can sense electrical signals and determine multiple sites that may be operative in that patient. The patch may encompass the heart regions from where the heart rhythm disorder originates. The patch comprises an array of electrodes configured to detect electrical signals generated by a heart. A controller may determine the locations of interest based on detected electrical signals. The controller is configured to locate these regions relative to the surface patch. The system may be coupled to a sensor or therapy device inside the heart, to guide this device to a region of interest. The controller is further configured to instruct the operator to use the trigger or source information to treat the heart rhythm disorder in an individual using additional clinical data and methods for personalization such as machine learning.

Systems, devices and methods for managing personal activities and health regimens are provided. In some aspects, a control system comprising specialized computer hardware and software provides instruction(s), warning(s), penalty(ies), encouragement(s) and incentive(s) to a user, based on such a health regimen. In additional aspects, such instruction(s), warning(s), penalty(ies), encouragement(s) and incentive(s) are also based on data from specialized sensors tracking a user's personal activities within a personal activity space. In some aspects, instruction(s), warning(s), penalty(ies), encouragement(s) and incentive(s) are adjusted in real time, based on input from multiple users. In one example, a partial giveback reward is provided to a user, in which part of a regimen goal that is exceeded is provided back to the user as one such incentive.

PATIENT-WORN WIRELESS PHYSIOLOGICAL SENSOR
20230038381 · 2023-02-09 ·

A wireless, patient-worn, physiological sensor configured to, among other things, help manage a patient that is at risk of forming one or more pressure ulcers is disclosed. According to an embodiment, the sensor includes a base having a top surface and a bottom surface. The sensor also includes a substrate layer including conductive tracks and connection pads, a top side, and a bottom side, where the bottom side of the substrate layer is disposed above the top side of the base. Mounted on the substrate layer are a processor, a data storage device, a wireless transceiver, an accelerometer, and a battery. In use, the sensor senses a patient's motion and wirelessly transmits information indicative of the sensed motion to, for example, a patient monitor. The patient monitor receives, stores, and processes the transmitted information.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AND IMPROVING SLEEP PATTERN OF USER

A method and a system for providing feedback to a user for adjusting sleep pattern of the user. The method includes collecting a set of information related to the user, receiving a set of measurement data related to the user from a wearable electronic device, defining circadian rhythm and duration of sleep of the user, determining sleep scores for a predefined number of days and associating each sleep score with a corresponding go-to-bed time or time of falling asleep of the user. A sleep score is determined for each of the predefined number of days from the collected set of information, the set of measurement data, the circadian rhythm and the duration of sleep of the user. The method further includes analysing the sleep scores and associated go-to-bed time or time of falling asleep of the user to determine an optimum bedtime window for the user and providing feedback to the user based on the analysed sleep scores and the optimum bedtime window.

Information provision method, information processing system, information terminal, and information processing method

In order to objectively grasp a stress state of a user and to prevent postpartum depression, biological gas information is acquired via a network, where the biological gas information indicates a concentration of tetradecane of the user and is obtained by a sensor that detects tetradecane released from a skin surface of the user. From a memory storing information including an upper limit of a normal range of the concentration of tetradecane per unit period, the information indicating the upper limit of the normal range is read out. When a frequency in the unit period with which the concentration of tetradecane of the user exceeds the upper limit of the normal range is determined to have an increasing tendency based on the biological gas information obtained during a pregnancy period of the user, the information related to stress of the user is output to an information terminal of the user.

Advanced cardiac waveform analytics

Systems and methods for electrocardiographic waveform analysis, data presentation and actionable alert generation are described. Electrocardiographic waveform data can be received from a wearable device associated with a patient. A mathematical analysis of at least a portion of the electrocardiographic waveform data can be performed to provide cardiac analytics.
