AN AQUEOUS ANTIFOGGING RESIN, AQUEOUS ANTIFOGGING COATING COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an aqueous antifogging resin, introducing a molecular segment and a functional group with good hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity, which impart excellent antifogging performance, coating strength and transparent flow appearance to the aqueous antifogging resin and the cured coating has a water contact angle of up to 110. The present invention further discloses a coating composition including the aqueous antifogging resin, and the cured coating of the coating composition has good antifogging, wear-resistant, water-resistant, chemical resistant, stain-resistant and UV-resistant performance, and excellent adhesion to a substrate; and the coating is firm at the same time, and has excellent film-forming strength and flexual endurance. The coating composition can be used for antifogging surface treatment of the window of mobile phone, PC or PMMA transparent materials, automotive glass and bathroom mirrors and has good long-term stability.
FOULING-PROOF STRUCTURE
A fouling-proof structure is applicable to synthetic leather or fabric and it includes an alcohol-resistant layer; and a water-based fouling-proof layer disposed on the alcohol-resistant layer, wherein the alcohol-resistant layer is formed by curing an alcohol-resistant combination, and the alcohol-resistant combination comprises polyurethane resin, wherein the water-based fouling-proof layer is formed by curing a water-based fouling-proof combination, and the water-based fouling-proof combination comprises polyurethane resin, water, polymerized siloxanes, water-based PTFE and silicone oil.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A FOULING-PROOF STRUCTURE
A method of producing a fouling-proof structure, comprising steps of a) coating an alcohol-resistant combination on a substrate and then drying the alcohol-resistant combination at 80-160 C. to form an alcohol-resistant layer; and b) coating a water-based fouling-proof combination on the alcohol-resistant layer and then drying the water-based fouling-proof combination above 140 C. to form a water-based fouling-proof layer, wherein the alcohol-resistant layer is formed by curing an alcohol-resistant combination, and the alcohol-resistant combination comprises polyurethane resin, wherein the water-based fouling-proof layer is formed by curing a water-based fouling-proof combination, and the water-based fouling-proof combination comprises polyurethane resin, water, polymerized siloxanes, water-based PTFE and silicone oil.

Moreover, the preparation method of each of the compounds of the present invention is simple in process, easy to operate and implement.
PERFLUOROPOLYETHER COMPOUND CONTAINING CARBOXYL GROUP
The present invention relates to a carboxyl group containing perfluoropolyether compound of formula (I): RfX.sup.1X.sup.2(I). In the formula RfX.sup.1X.sup.2(I), Rf represents F(CF.sub.2).sub.m(OC.sub.4F.sub.8).sub.p(OC.sub.3F.sub.6).sub.q(OC.sub.2F.sub.4).sub.r(OCF.sub.2).sub.sOC(Z)F(CF.sub.2).sub.n, wherein p, q, r and s are each independently an integer of 0 or more and 200 or less, and the sum of p, q, r and s is at least 1; in the formula, the occurrence order and number of the respective repeating units in parentheses with the subscript p, q, r or s are arbitrary in the formula; m and n are each independently an integer of 0 or more and 30 or less, Z is F or CF.sub.3; X.sup.1 represents a divalent organic group; and X.sup.2 represents a COOH group.
