A low-specular-reflectance coating composition includes a binder, a solvent, and a plurality of substantially spherical particles having a multimodal particle size distribution. The multimodal particle size distribution has two or more modes, each mode having a peak defining an associated mode particle size, wherein the distribution function includes a first mode having a first peak corresponding to a first particle size, and a second mode having a second peak corresponding to a second particle size. A ratio of the second particle size to the first particle size is between 1.7-4.0. A smallest of the mode particle sizes is greater than or equal to 1.0 microns, and a largest of the mode particle sizes is greater than or equal to 3.0 microns.

An organosiloxane composition and the use of such compositions is provided. The organosiloxane composition comprises (a) 20-55 wt. % of at least one polymerization-effective polymer bearing two or more silicon atoms; (b) 24-60 wt. % of a first filler of average particle size from 0.1 m to 10 m; (c) optionally a second filler; (d) a crosslinking agent; and (e) a catalyst. The use of the first filler having that size range and present in this amount provides improved dirt pick up resistance to films and coatings formed from the compositions.

(H.sup.10.fwdarw.170 C.), the heat of fusion being measured by Differential Scanning calorimetry. The invention further relates to a carpet comprising a carpet backing layer obtained from the carpet backing layer composition and a method for the preparation of the carpet.

Metal-base printed circuit board

A highly thermally conductive printed circuit board prevents electrochemical migration by inhibiting elution of copper ions. The printed circuit board is a metal-base printed circuit board including a metal base plate having an insulating resin layer and a copper foil layer stacked thereon in this order. In the printed circuit board, the insulating resin layer contains a first inorganic filler made of inorganic particles having particle diameters of 0.1 nm to 600 nm with an average particle diameter (D.sub.50) of 1 nm to 300 nm, and a second inorganic filler made of inorganic particles having particle diameters of 100 nm to 100 m with an average particle diameter (D.sub.50) of 500 nm to 20 m, and the first inorganic filler and the second inorganic filler are uniformly dispersed in the insulating resin layer.
