Lubricant Composition and Use
The present invention provides a lubricant composition which can be washed off cold and the use thereof for application to a metal strip as anti-corrosion, wash and/or forming lubricant. The composition is 50 to 90 wt % base fluid, 3 to 15 wt % sulfonate-based corrosion inhibitor, 1 to 20 wt % ester component, 0.5 to 3 wt % phosphorus source component or 1 to 10 wt % sulfur source component as high-pressure/anti-wear additive, 1 to 15 wt % emulsifier, 0.05 to 1 wt % carboxylic acid component, 0.05 to 1 wt % aminic and/or phenolic antioxidant, 0.5 to 5 wt % wax and/or thickener component, based in each case on the total weight of the composition. Further disclosed is a dry lubricant composition which can be washed off cold.
CORROSION INHIBITORS FOR FUELS AND LUBRICANTS
The present invention relates to novel uses of corrosion inhibitors in fuels and lubricants.
Process for stabilizing an oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion
A process for the preparation of at least one ARN acid or salt thereof comprising: (I) allowing at least one ARN acid salt to form during the production of crude oil in the presence of water; (II) removing at least 5 wt % of the formed at least one ARN acid salt, e.g. from the oil water interface; and optionally (III) converting said salt into an acid.

A SLIDING SCREEN SLIDING SYSTEM
A sliding screen system (101) for a sliding screen comprising a linear slide bar (110) and at least one sliding member (120, 120). The linear slide bar (110) has a slide surface coated with a lacquer comprising a resin. The lacquer is in turn at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating. The lipophilic composition coating provides a slide layer on the slide bar (110) with low friction. The sliding system (101) is arranged to support a sliding screen (130), such as a sliding door or a sliding curtain, connected to the sliding member (120) to allow for linear movement of the sliding screen (130) along the longitudinal axis of the linear slide bar (110).
Water-glycol hydraulic fluid
This invention provides a water-glycol hydraulic fluid comprises from 0.2 to 0.6% by mass of a dimer acid as a fatty acid lubricant, and more than 0.10% by mass and 0.20% by mass or less of a phosphoric acid ester of Formula (1), wherein the sum of the dimer acid and the phosphoric acid ester is more than 0.35% by mass wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be the same or different, each representing a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, R.sub.3 represents a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, R.sub.4 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and X.sub.1, X.sub.2, X.sub.3 and X.sub.4 may be the same or different, each representing an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom. ##STR00001##
