Automotive slide member
The present disclosure relates to an automotive slide member including a first slide portion having a first lubricant applied between first portions of a first friction slide mechanism, and a second slide portion having a second lubricant applied between second portions of a second friction slide mechanism. The first slide portion is arranged at a part to be touched by an operator who attaches the automotive slide member to an automobile or a user of the automobile. The second slide portion is arranged at a part that is not touched by the operator who attaches the automotive slide member to the automobile or the user of the automobile. The second lubricant contains a relatively larger amount of conductive carbon than that of the first lubricant.
GREASE COMPOSITION FOR CONSTANT VELOCITY JOINTS
A grease composition is intended primarily for use in constant velocity joints (CV joints), especially ball joints and/or tripod joints, which are used in the driveline of motor vehicles. The grease composition for use in constant velocity joints comprises at least one base oil, at least one thickener, zinc sulfide, as well as molybdenum disulfide and/or tungsten disulfide. Further, a constant velocity joint comprises the grease composition.
Grease composition and hub unit
A grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener, and an additive. The base oil contains a synthetic oil. The thickener contains a compound having a urea group. The additive contains a phosphoric compound, a calcium-based compound, and a hydrocarbon-based wax. A hub unit includes the grease composition enclosed therein.
GREASE COMPOSITION INCLUDING COPPER SULFIDE FOR CONSTANT VELOCITY JOINTS
A grease composition is intended primarily for use in constant velocity joins (CV joints), especially ball joints and/or tripod joints, which are used in the drivelines of motor vehicles. The grease composition for use in constant velocity joints comprises at least one base oil, and least one thickener, at least one copper sulfide in an amount of approximately 0.01 wt-% up to approximately 1.5 wt-% of the grease composition, molybdenum disulfide and/or at least one phosphor-free organic molybdenum complex in an amount of approximately 0.1 wt-% up to approximately 5.0 wt-% of the grease composition. Further, a constant velocity joint comprises the grease composition.
LUBRICATING GREASE OF POLYUREA/HIGH BASE NUMBER CALCIUM SULFONATE COMPOSITE
The invention discloses a lubricating grease with thixotropy and a preparation method thereof. The lubricating grease comprises a polyurea/high base number calcium sulfonate composite thickener, colloidally dispersed calcium carbonate solid particles in the form of calcite, a calcium borate or calcium borate composite, and a calcium soap of fatty acid having 12 to 24 carbon atoms. The above components are uniformly dispersed in an oil phase medium. The content of high base number calcium sulfonate in the lubricating grease is less than 22 wt %.
LUBRICANT FOR VEHICLE HAVING VEHICLE BODY CHARGED BY DRIVING
A lubricant that enables to improve control stability of an automobile or the like having a vehicle body charged by driving. A lubricant for improving control stability of an automobile includes a base oil and an additive containing a carbon black. A kit for improving control stability of an automobile includes a discharging member including a protrusion that performs a self-discharging by air-ionizing and the lubricant. A method also improves control stability of an automobile.
Hybrid grease with low friction coefficients and high wearing protection
A hybrid grease is provided having low coefficients of friction and high wear protection which is employable over a wide temperature range. The hybrid grease includes a combination of a grease based on a silicone oil in conjunction with a grease based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils, mineral oils or polyglycols. The hybrid grease may especially be used to lubricate joints in vehicle parts based on plastic-steel pairings.
Grease composition for a constant-velocity joint
A grease composition for a constant-velocity joint includes a mineral oil, a thickener, a molybdenum dithiocarbamate, a potassium borate hydrate, and a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, wherein a content of the molybdenum dithiocarbamate is 1.2% by mass or more and 8% by mass or less, a content of the zinc dialkyldithiophosphate is 0.3% by mass or more and 2.0% by mass or less, and a content of the potassium borate hydrate is 0.28% by mass or more and 1.9% by mass or less, and wherein a mass ratio of the content of the molybdenum dithiocarbamate to the content of the potassium borate hydrate (molybdenum dithiocarbamate/potassium borate hydrate) is 2 or more and 13 or less, and a mass ratio of the content of the zinc dialkyldithiophosphate to the content of the potassium borate hydrate (zinc dialkyldithiophosphate/potassium borate hydrate) is 0.5 or more and 3.6 or less.
GREASE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a grease composition which can impart excellent durability to a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more, wherein the grease composition contains a base oil (A) and a urea-based thickener (B), and particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy requirement (I) that the particles have an arithmetic mean particle diameter of 2.0 μm or less on an area basis when measured by a laser diffraction scattering method. The grease composition is used for a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more.
