Cleaning agent and preparation method and use thereof
Provided are a cleaning agent and a preparation method and the use thereof. The cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials comprising the following mass fraction of components: 0.5%-20% of an oxidant containing iodine, 0.5%-20% of an etchant containing boron, 1%-50% of a pyrrolidinone solvent, 1%-20% of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.01%-5% of a metal ion-free surfactant, and water, with the sum of the mass fraction of each component being 100%, the pH of the cleaning agent is 7.5-13.5, and the corrosion inhibitor is one or more of a benzotriazole corrosion inhibitor, a hydrazone corrosion inhibitor, a carbazone corrosion inhibitor and a thiocarbohydrazone corrosion inhibitor. The cleaning agent can efficiently remove nitrides from hard mask residues with little effects on metals and low-κ dielectric materials, and has a good selectivity.
DOUBLE LAYER DETERGENT TABLET AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present application relates to the technical field of daily cleaning and washing products, and particularly to a double layer detergent tablet and a preparation method thereof. The double layer detergent tablet includes a color absorbing fiber and a solid detergent adhered to the color absorbing fiber, the solid detergent includes the following components by mass percentage: 8-30% of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-40% of surfactant, 0.5-5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-5% of glycerin, 0.5-5% of water softener, 0.1-1% of plant essence, 14-79.9% of deionized water. The surfactant is a mixture of an anionic surfactant and a non-ionic surfactant; the anionic surfactant is a mixture of sodium coco-sulfate and sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate; and the non-ionic surfactant is a mixture of alkyl glycoside, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound.

LIQUID WASHING COMPOSITION WITH SEPARATE COMPONENTS FOR LAUNDRY AND KIT THEREOF AND WASHING METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINES
A fluid washing composition with four separate components and laundry washing kit thereof is disclosed. The four components are housed in respective independent tanks of a laundry washing machine equipped with a program for selecting, dosing and differentiated delivering. Component 1 is a detergent formulation with a pH of 4.0-12.0, with high detergent effect in washing programs at temperatures of 40°-60° C., having a specific action on cotton fibers, particularly, whites. Component 2 is a detergent formulation with a pH of 8.0-12.0, with high detergent effect in washing programs at temperatures of 15°-40° C., having a specific action on synthetic, colored and animal-origin fibers. Component 3 is an enzyme-based stain-removing formulation including protease and lipase and possibly amylase with a pH of 5.0-6.0, stabilized with sorbitol and calcium chloride. Component 4 is an after-wash conditioning formulation, with a pH of 2.0-4.0.

COLOUR CARE DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
The need for a detergent composition which provides reduced dye bleeding from fabrics, is met by formulating the composition using a combination of branched nonionic surfactant and cationic polymer.
Glycerin ethoxylate as an active ingredient in removing make-up stain
A composition for removing a cosmetic material from a substrate includes glycerin ethoxylate and linear alkyl benzene sulfonate (LABS). An application of the composition to a stain including a deposit of a cosmetic material at a white polyester-cotton blend fabric to provide a stained polyester-cotton blend fabric exhibits an increased stain removal measured as reflectance observed at 460 nm by at least about 35% compared to a reflectance observed at the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric prior to the application. A treatment including the composition applied to the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric provides a reflectance at the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric that is greater than a reflectance observed at a white polyester-cotton blend fabric stained with a deposit of a cosmetic material and that has been treated with either the glycerin ethoxylate alone or that has been treated with the linear alkyl benzene sulfonate alone.
