Method, system and product of ultrasonic cleaning of drill cuttings
A method, system and cleaning solutions for the ultrasonic cleaning of drill cuttings and the resulting cleaned drill solids is described. The drill cuttings are characterized by their liquid/solid composition, texture of solids and size of particulates. A cleaning solution formula having surfactant(s) and viscosity agent(s) is selected based on the characterization of drill cuttings. Drill cuttings are contacted with the selected cleaning solution and subjected to ultrasonic vibrations simultaneously for a period of treatment and vibration time. Contaminants from drill cuttings are removed to beneficial use standards and the resulting cleaned drill solids may be reused at the well site. The cleaning may occur at a well site in conjunction with drilling activity and the cleaning solution may be changed to adapt to changes in the drill mud and/or cuttings characteristics.
Surfactant compositions and use thereof
Surfactants capable of releasing and/or dissolving polymers to form water-soluble or water-dispersible polymer solutions are disclosed. In addition, polymer compositions containing a water-in-oil emulsion comprising the surfactant are provided and can be used, for example, in methods of dissolving a polymer. Also disclosed are detergent compositions and methods of cleaning articles and/or membranes using the surfactants herein. These surfactants and polymer compositions can be used in various industries including for water clarification, papermaking, sewage and industrial water treatment, drilling mud stabilizers, and enhanced oil recovery.
POLISHING AND CLEANING METHOD, CLEANER AND POLISHING CLEANING SET
Provided is a method that enables good cleaning of a polished substrate formed of a high-hardness material. Provided is a method of polishing and cleaning a substrate formed of a material having a Vickers hardness of 1500 Hv or more. The method includes: polishing a substrate to be polished using a polishing composition; and cleaning the polished substrate using a cleaner. The polishing composition contains a polishing auxiliary. Furthermore, the cleaner contains a surfactant.
Liquid detergent compositions
Liquid detergent compositions can include a first surfactant which is a mixture of surfactant isomers of Formula 1 and surfactants of Formula 2: ##STR00001##
wherein from about 50% to about 100% by weight of the first surfactant are isomers having m+n=11; wherein between about 25% to about 50% of the mixture of surfactant isomers of Formula 1 have n=0; wherein from about 0.001% to about 25% by weight of the first surfactant are surfactants of Formula 2; and wherein X is a hydrophilic moiety; and a second surfactant including a linear alkyl benzene sulfonate.
COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING A NONIONIC ADDITIVE AND A NONIONIC RINSE SURFACTANT AND THE USE THEREOF FOR REDUCING DEPOSITION OF FAT ON A SURFACE
Described herein is a method for reducing deposition of fat on a surface from a fat containing aqueous liquid where the fat containing aqueous liquid includes a cleaning compositionincluding at least one additive of general formula (I)
##STR00001##
and at least one rinse surfactant. Also described herein is a method of using the cleaning composition for reducing accumulation of fat on a surface. Further, described herein is a unit dose article including the cleaning composition.
Composition for eliminating household pet allergens
The present invention discloses a preparation method and application of anti-cat-and-dog allergen finishing composition solution. The preparation process is as follows: Japanese Diospyros rhombifolia Hemsl and Canangaodorata petals were washed for 3˜5 times, ground and ultrasonically treated to prepare suspension liquid; the suspension liquid was treated by microwave and then centrifuged to obtain light yellow supernate; the light yellow supernate was performed with membrane separation treatment to form a mixed extract of Japanese Diospyros rhombifolia Hemsl and Canangaodorata; the obtained mixed extract of Japanese Diospyros rhombifolia Hemsl and Canangaodorata was mixed with silver ion compound, Eucalyptus oil, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium laurate, sodium stearate, citric acid, serine protease, pectinase, cellulase, xylanase, beta-glucanase, glycerol, cetyldimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, chitosan, pigment, plant essence, preservative and deionized water evenly, according to a certain mass share ratio; ultrasonically vibrating the mixture at a certain temperature for a certain time, and cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain the anti-cat-and-dog allergen finishing composition solution. The preparation method of the composition is simple, and can be used for daily spraying and wiping, and can also be used in the washing or drying process of clothes.
Solution for removing various types of deposits from a surface
The invention relates to the field of removing various types of deposits from a surface, specifically to means for cleaning metallic and ceramic surfaces of industrial equipment, and can be used for removing deposits, such as oxides of metals (iron, chromium, nickel, etc.), carbonate and salt deposits, asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits and deposits of a petroleum nature, and deposits of an organic and biological deposits. The proposed solution for removing various types of deposits contains hydrogen peroxide, complexone, an anti-foaming agent, water-soluble calixarene and water in the following ratio: hydrogen peroxide, a catalyst for decomposing peroxide compounds, an antifoaming agent, complexone, water-soluble calixarene and water in the following quantitative ratio:2-35% by mass of hydrogen peroxide; 2-20% by mass of a catalyst for decomposing peroxide compounds; 3-10% by mass of complexone; 0.1-5% by mass of surface-active agent; 0.01%-1.0% by mass of anti-foaming agent; 0.01-1% by mass of water-soluble calixarene, with the remainder being water. The technical result is an increase in the effectiveness of action of a solution (degree of cleaning) for cleaning surfaces soiled with deposits having a high content of organic substances, while simultaneously extending the field of use of said solution.
