PROCESS OF REDUCING MALODORS ON FABRICS

The present invention relates to a process for reducing malodors on fabrics using a detergent composition containing a polyalkyleneamine and use of the polyalkyleneamine in the process.

CLEANING PRODUCT COMPRISING AN INVERTED CONTAINER ASSEMBLY AND A VISCOUS CLEANING COMPOSITION

The invention relates to a cleaning product comprising: an inverted container assembly (10) comprising an inverted container (11) and a liquid dispenser (15) attached to a bottom surface (12) of the inverted container (11), and a viscous cleaning composition contained in the inverted container assembly (10).

Vesicles for delayed delivery of fragrance their preparation and use thereof

Disclosed is a multilamellar vesicle in the shape of a rotational body comprising two or more concentric lipid double layers and fragrance wherein the vesicle has a mean diameter between 100 and 800 nm, the lipid double layers comprise a) at least one surfactant having a HLB value of greater than 6, and b) an amphiphilic compound having a log P value of 1 or above, and wherein the vesicle comprises in addition to components a) and b) a fragrance having a log P value of 1 or above.

The fragrance is encapsulated in the vesicles. The encapsulated fragrance is stable during storage conditions and the vesicles have long-lasting fragrance release on use thereof. The vesicles may be used in cosmetic formulations or in laundry formulations.

Detergent in the form of a laundry storage envelope having enhanced resistance to water

A unit dose detergent product including: a pouch made of a water soluble polymer, and a detergent composition encapsulated in the pouch, wherein the detergent composition includes: 0.2 to 5 wt. % of zinc ricinoleate (ZnR), 10 to 20 wt. % of a C.sub.2-C.sub.5 polyol; 5 to 30 wt. % of water; 5 to 25 wt. % of an alkali ethoxy alkyl sulfate surfactant; and 10 to 25 wt. % of an ethoxylated alcohol nonionic surfactant, and 1 to 10 wt. % of a third surfactant, wherein the third surfactant has a mean HLB of 2 to 10.

SYNERGISTIC SURFACTANT PACKAGE FOR CLEANING OF FOOD AND OILY SOILS

The disclosure relates a surfactant package for use in hard surface cleaning compositions, preferably floor cleaning compositions which pair an anionic linear alkyl sulfonate surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a ratio of 1:1 to 9:1. This combination provides for synergistic cleaning of both proteinaceous food soils (red soils) and hydrocarbon-based oily soils (black soils) while also reducing foam produced by the composition. Synergistic nonionic surfactants include EO/PO alcohol alkoxylates or EO/PO fatty alcohol surfactants with a propylene oxide to ethylene oxide to ratio of greater than 1.

Cleaning composition that provides residual benefits

A composition for use on a hard surface. The composition has: (i) at least 7.5 wt. % of at least one surfactant selected; (ii) a blend of linear primary alcohols, or a blend of ethoxylated linear primary alcohols, wherein each alcohol of the non-ethoxylated blend or ethoxylated blend includes a carbon chain containing 9-17 carbons; (iii) a transport rate factor of less than about 55 seconds; and (iv) an adhesion time of greater than about 8 hours.
