Compositions Comprising Taurate Surfactants and Methods of Using the Compositions
A bar soap composition is made from ingredients comprising: at least one cleanser chosen from soap and a first surfactant; and at least one taurate surfactant chosen from a salt of a fatty acid amide of taurine, a salt of a fatty acid amide of N-methyl taurine, and combinations thereof. The taurate surfactant is different than the first surfactant. The composition is in a solid bar form. Other personal care and home care products that include the taurate surfactants are also disclosed.
ADVANCED NOVEL ECO-FRIENDLY COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to Eco-friendly compositions for domestic and industrial applications as well as cleaning materials and detergents. In particular, the present invention relates to non-toxic green noval compositions including: about 1.0% to about 5.0% of Sodium Carbonate, about 0.1% to about 6.0% Potassium Hydroxide, up to 1.0% D-Limonene, and about to 1.5% to about 6.0% Alkyl Polyglycosides.
Fabric having ultraviolet radiation protection
A fabric having ultraviolet radiation protection is disclosed which has a quantity of zinc oxide particles with each of the zinc oxide particles having a surface and a quantity of an acid polymer, with the acid polymer binding to the surfaces of the zinc oxide particles. A fabric having ultraviolet radiation protection is further disclosed having a quantity of zinc oxide particles with each of the zinc oxide particles having a surface and a quantity of boronic acid polymer, wherein the boronic acid functional groups of the polymer bind to the surface of the zinc oxide particles.
Cleaning Solution
A cleaning formulation includes water in an amount in the range of about 95 to about 99 weight percent, non-volatile polyols in an amount in the range of about 0.1 to about 3.0 weight percent, and surfactant in an amount in the range of about 0.001 to about 2.0 weight percent. The surfactant is not limited to non-ionic surfactants and the ingredients are derived from natural sources or food-grade materials.
METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF CONTAMINATED SURFACES FROM OILFIELD WASTE
The present invention pertains to a process for treating a contaminated surface. The composition employed may comprise an ester of a natural oil. If desired, then other components may be added. Such components include, but are not limited to, fragrances, colorants, additional reactants and the like.
OPACIFIER FOR DETERGENT FORMULATIONS
A fabric care formulation is provided, comprising: a liquid carrier; and a plurality of composite opacifier particles, wherein the composite opacifier particles comprise metal oxide particles that are partially or completely encapsulated by a wax; wherein the metal oxide particles are selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, titanium oxide and mixtures thereof; wherein the metal oxide particles have a z average particle size of >100 nm as measured by dynamic light scattering; wherein the wax has a melting point temperature of 45 to 110 C.; and wherein the composite opacifier particles have a z average particle size of >100 nm to 2,000 nm as measured by dynamic light scattering.
REMOVAL AND PREVENTION OF BIOFILM BY NANOPARTICLE CHEMISTRIES
Methods and compositions for biofilm removal in industrial applications and systems with prevalent biofilm and/or slime are disclosed. Various industrial processing, such as food and beverage processing, mining pipelines, cooling towers, and energy services applications benefit from the biofilm removal disclosed herein. In particular, the methods and compositions employ alumina nanoparticles alone or in combination with conventional biocides to remove biofilm and/or slime.
METHOD FOR STABILIZING EFFECTIVE INGREDIENT BY USING MINERAL MATERIAL
The present invention relates to the stabilization of an effective ingredient by using a mineral material. In the present invention, the effective ingredient can be stably supported using the mineral material, and a microcapsule obtained by the manufacturing method according to the present invention, when discharged to nature, causes no environmental problems due to encapsulation ingredients thereof being the same as soil ingredients, and thus can avoid micro-plastic issues.
Product having ultraviolet radiation protection
A product for incorporating ultraviolet radiation protection and antimicrobial protection into a synthetic polymer is disclosed which has a quantity of zinc oxide particles modified with a layer of a reactive group that forms a bond with a quantity of synthetic polymer chips having CH bonds. A product for incorporating ultraviolet radiation protection and antimicrobial protection into a synthetic polymer prior to forming a synthetic material is also disclosed which has a quantity of synthetic polymer chips and a quantity of zinc oxide particles modified with a layer of a reactive group that forms a bond with the quantity of the synthetic polymer chips.
Method for incorporating ultraviolet radiation protection and antimicrobial protection into rayon
A method for incorporating ultraviolet radiation protection and antimicrobial protection into rayon is disclosed which has the steps of providing pulp to form cellulose sheets, steeping the cellulose sheets, pressing the cellulose sheets, shredding the cellulose sheets into white crumb, aging the white crumb to form yellow crumb, xanthation of the yellow crumb, dissolving the yellow crumb to form a viscose, adding an additive to the viscose, ripening the viscose, filtering the viscose, degassing the viscose, spinning the viscose to form a fine filament of rayon, drawing the rayon, washing the rayon, and cutting the rayon.
