METHOD OF LAUNDERING FABRIC
A method of laundering fabrics includes: a) contacting a laundry detergent to water to form a wash liquor, wherein the laundry detergent includes detersive surfactant, wherein the wash liquor includes detersive surfactant at a concentration in the range of from 100 ppm to 2500 ppm; b) contacting fabric to the wash liquor, and washing the fabric in the wash liquor; c) after a period of time of at least 6 minutes from contacting the fabric to the wash liquor, introducing calcium cations into the wash liquor to form a calcium enriched wash liquor, wherein the calcium enriched wash liquor includes calcium cations at a concentration in the range of from 20 ppm to 400 ppm; d) washing the fabric in the calcium-enriched wash liquor for a period of time of at least 2 minutes; and e) removing the excess calcium-enriched wash liquor from the fabric, and rinsing the fabric in water.
Liquid product for stainless-steel corrosion remediation
A concentrate aqueous composition for removing Type I and Type III rouge from various stainless-steel items. The liquid composition comprises oxalic acid, a phosphonic acid, and various amines. The use of an amine has been found to provide synergistic results in removal of the noted types of corrosion from various stainless-steel items that include medical instruments, machines, equipment, pipes, tools, mixing and storage vessels, and the like.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION
Use of a detergent composition comprising a fatty acid-transforming enzyme to impart suds longevity in a washing process. A method for promoting suds longevity in a washing process for washing soiled articles, comprising the step of: delivering a composition comprising a fatty acid-transforming enzyme to a volume of water to form a wash liquor and immersing the soiled article in the liquor.
Composition for surface treatment and surface treatment method using the same
The present invention relates to a composition for surface treatment including: a phosphonic acid compound containing two or more nitrogen atoms; and water, wherein the pH is 6 or less, and the composition for surface treatment is used for treating a surface of a polishing-completed object to be polished having a tungsten-containing layer. According to the present invention, there is provided a means capable of inhibiting dissolution of the tungsten-containing layer provided on a polishing-completed object to be polished when a surface treatment is performed.
Detergent composition
