BIODEGRADABLE COATINGS AND PAINTS
Disclosed herein are biodegradable coating and paint compositions comprising 1,3-propanediol, wherein the 1,3-propanediol in said biodegradable composition has a bio-based carbon content of about 1% to 100%. In addition, it is preferred that the 1,3-propanediol be biologically-derived, and wherein upon biodegradation, the biologically-derived 1,3-propanediol contributes no anthropogenic CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.
CLEANING SOLUTION FOR HIGH-YIELD-STRESS CERAMIC MATERIAL 3D PRINTING BLANK, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed in the present invention are a cleaning solution for a high-yield-stress ceramic material 3D printing blank, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The cleaning solution is composed of a main cleaning agent and an auxiliary cleaning agent, wherein the main cleaning agent is isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), N-acryloylmorpholine (ACMO), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), 3-ethyl-3-oxetanemethanol (EHO), or a combination thereof. According to the cleaning solution of the present invention, ultrasonic cleaning or pressure spraying is used, such that the problem of cleaning the high-yield-stress ceramic material 3D printing blank is effectively solved. The present invention is not only simple to clean, but also has a good effect and excellent efficiency.
Cleaning composition comprising an alkyl hydroxybutyrate and method of cleaning air intake valve deposits
A cleaning composition is particularly suited for cleaning dirty intake valves. The cleaning composition includes a high solvency surfactant/solvent which has a Kb greater than 100 or polar Hansen solubility parameter greater than 6. The surfactant/solvent is combined with a carrier such as water or an organic carrier and a surfactant. A wetting agent may also be employed. The cleaning composition is added to the intake air as a mist as the engine is running. Aqueous and non-aqueous versions are disclosed.
METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR CLEANING PAPER MACHINE FABRICS
Methods of cleaning papermaking fabrics are disclosed. Cleaning compositions for cleaning papermaking fabrics are also disclosed.
Composition For Solubilization Of Organic Residues
Composition for solubilization of organic residues of raw materials of fossil origin including a mixture of fatty acid esters of formula R1COOR2 in which R1 represents a linear or branched C5 to C23 carbon-based chain, optionally including one or more unsaturations, R2 represents a linear or branched C1 to C10 carbon-based chain, optionally including one or more unsaturations; the composition includes: a) at least 18% by weight of C6 to C10 fatty acid esters, b) at least 18% by weight of C18 to C24, in particular C18 to C22 fatty acid esters, including at least one double bond. The invention also relates to the use of the compositions.
METHOD OF CLEANING A DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER
The present invention is directed to a method of cleaning a diesel particulate filter. The method requires a step of contacting the diesel particulate filter with a cleaning composition containing one or more fatty acids or a derivative thereof. The one or more fatty acids or a derivative thereof may include a natural oil, such as a plant-based oil.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND A CLEANING COMPOSITION FOR AN ADHESIVE LAYER
Embodiments of the inventive concepts provide a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device and a cleaning composition for an adhesive layer. The method includes preparing a semiconductor substrate to which an adhesive layer adheres, removing the adhesive layer from the semiconductor substrate, and applying a cleaning composition to the semiconductor substrate to remove a residue of the adhesive layer. The cleaning composition includes a solvent including a ketone compound and having a content that is equal to or greater than 40 wt % and less than 90 wt %, quaternary ammonium salt, and primary amine.
Non-aqueous cleaner for vegetable oil soils
The invention discloses cleaning compositions which employ a synergistic combination of an ester solvent, preferably a fatty acid methyl ester in combination with one or more linear alkyl amines. The alkyl amines act as to remove and suspend organic oils which have been burnt or adhered to a surface with heat and may even be used alone as a soil removal agent. The cleaning compositions have particular use in cleaning of distillation towers associated with biofuel, and vegetable oil refining, but also find use in cleaning ovens, food cooking surfaces and even dry cleaning.
PROCESS FOR DEGREASING A CHEMICAL PLANT
A process for degreasing a chemical plant is disclosed. The vessels and process lines are rinsed with a solvent comprising at least 50 wt % dialkyl carbonate, based upon the weight of the solvent.
