CLEANING COMPOSITION
Provided herein is a cleaning composition including: from 20 to 90% by weight of dimethyl sulfoxide, from 5 to 30% by weight of at least one mineral oil (M), and from 5 to 50% by weight of at least one bipolar organic solvent (L). The ranges of proportions indicated are in each case based on the total weight of the cleaning composition. Also provided herein is a method of cleaning components by employing the cleaning composition, and also the cleaned components themselves.
CLEANING COMPOSITION AND CLEANING METHOD
Provided are a cleaner composition that can exhibit excellent cleaning ability by including a predetermined amount of water, and can also effectively suppress metal corrosion; and a cleaning method thereof. Disclosed is a cleaner composition in a white turbid state including first to fourth organic solvents and water, in which the first organic solvent is a hydrophobic aromatic compound or the like; the second organic solvent is a hydrophobic monoalcohol compound; the third organic solvent is a predetermined hydrophilic nitrogen-containing compound or the like; the fourth organic solvent is a hydrophilic amine compound; the amount of incorporation of water is adjusted to a value within the range of 50 to 3,900 pbw with respect to 100 pbw of the total amount of the organic solvents, and when the cleaner composition is subjected to phase separation, the water concentration in the oil phase is adjusted to a value of 5 wt. % or less.
Solvent for cleaning turbine components
A cleaning method and a cleaning fluid are provided. The cleaning method includes accessing a plurality of turbine components attached to a turbine assembly, the turbine assembly being a portion of a turbomachine, positioning at least one cleaning vessel over at least one of the turbine components, forming a liquid seal with a sealing bladder, providing a cleaning fluid to the cleaning vessel, and draining the cleaning fluid from the cleaning vessel. The cleaning fluid includes a carrier fluid and a solvent additive for removing fouling material from the turbine component. An alternative cleaning method is also provided.
METHOD FOR TREATING A SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
A sensor array includes a plurality of sensors. A sensor of the plurality of sensors has a sensor pad exposed at a surface of the sensor array. A method of treating the sensor array includes exposing at least the sensor pad to a wash solution including sulfonic acid and an organic solvent and rinsing the wash solution from the sensor pad.
Body moulding solutions
A solution for use in removing a double sided adhesive tape from moldings and which can have the further property of conditioning the molding for re-use. The solution comprising an admixture of ingredients which can synergistically function to give the desired properties and advantages. The mixture comprising: (a) a ratio of about 1:1 of Kerosene:Diesel; (b) 1 to 10% by vol. of an additive comprising a highly aromatic hydrocarbon solvent; and (c) 0 to 10% by vol. of perfume.
SUPERCRITICAL SYNTHETIC Y-GRADE NGL
Use of a synthetic form of Y-grade natural gas liquids when in a supercritical state for a variety of processes and across numerous industrial applications is described herein. The low viscosity, high density, and tunable solvent properties of synthetic supercritical Y-grade natural gas liquids are useful for example in control of chemical reactions and processes, and/or single or two-phase separations.
RINSING LIQUID, PATTERN FORMING METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD
Provided are a rinsing liquid which is used for rinsing a resist film obtained from an actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive composition and includes a hydrocarbon-based solvent having a branched alkyl group. The hydrocarbon-based solvent having a branched alkyl group contains at least one of isodecane or isododecane.
INSULATING CLEANER COMPOSITION FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FOR PREVENTING ELECTRICAL FIRES WITH POWER ON
Provided is an insulation cleaner composition that increases the dielectric breakdown voltage and ignition point while maintaining natural volatile function at the same level as the conventional one. One embodiment of the present invention provides an insulation cleaning composition containing n-Undecane; n-Dodecane; and n-Tridecane. The total sum of the contents of the n-Undecane, n-Dodecane, and n-Tridecane is 87 wt % or more based on the total weight of the insulation cleaning composition.
Compositions and methods for cleaning automotive surfaces
An automotive surface is cleaned by applying an effective amount of a cleaning composition comprising a) at least one hydrocarbon solvent in an amount from about 3 weight percent to about 20 weight percent of the composition, b) at least one thickener/rheology modifier in an amount from about 0.01 weight percent to about 3 weight percent, c) at least one silicone fluid has a viscosity ranging from about 500 to about 20,000 centistokes at 25 C., present in an amount from about 0.1 weight percent to about 3 weight percent, d) at least one wetting agent in an amount from about 0.001 to about 2%, e) at least one hydrophobic additive in an amount from about 0.1 to about 3%, and f) water in an amount from about 60 weight percent to about 85 weight percent to the automotive surface with an application implement.
