WIPES FOR COATING SURFACES AND METHODS
The present disclosure is directed to wipes that include aqueous compositions and methods for coating, particularly protecting and optionally cleaning, surfaces, particularly metallic surfaces.
CLEANING AGENT FOR REMOVAL OF FOULING DEPOSITS FROM METAL SURFACES
A cleaning agent comprising a polyacrylate terpolymer and a maleic olefin compound may be added to an aqueous system having a metal surface, such as a metal surface of a heat exchanger, in a concentration sufficient to remove fouling deposits from the metal surface in neutral or alkaline conditions. The removal of fouling deposits with the application of the cleaning agent may occur while the system is shut down or in service.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION AND METHODS OF PREVENTING ALUMINUM DISCOLORATION
Detergent compositions designed to prevent aluminum discoloration while providing high cleaning performance on soils and stains are disclosed. Detergent compositions substantially free of nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) are disclosed. Methods of using the detergent compositions are also disclosed.
Detergent compositions, cleaning systems and methods of cleaning cosmetic and other soils
Cleaning systems employing detergent compositions in combination with builders comprising alkalinity and chelants are provided. The detergent compositions include amine oxide surfactant and alcohol ethoxylate surfactant blends having a mixture of chain lengths and branching provided. The detergent compositions are particularly efficacious for flexible cleaning systems for cosmetic and other soils as they provide the benefit of separate dosing of surfactants in the detergent from alkalinity sources in a builder composition. Methods of using the detergent compositions and/or the cleaning systems are provided.
ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING AGENT FOR METAL MEMBER AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME
Disclosed is a cleaning agent for a metal member that may include an amount of about 15 wt % to 30 wt % of an organic acid derived from a monosaccharide, or a salt thereof, an amount of about 0.8 wt % to 1.2 wt % of a chelating agent, an amount of about 0.2 wt % to 0.4 wt % of a surfactant and an amount of about 75 wt % to 85 wt % of a solvent, based on the total weight of the cleaning agent. The acid cleaning agent may be prepared using, as a main material, an organic acid mixture including potassium glucarate, thus exhibiting superior acid cleaning capability and minimizing the generation of offensive odors. The cleaning agent of the present invention may be eco-friendly because the working environment using the same is made comfortable.
METHOD FOR REMOVING ROUGING FROM STAINLESS STEEL
The present invention is in the field of chemical cleaning and surface treatments for a stainless steel substrate. In particular, the present invention provides a method, kit and use of specific solutions for removing and preferably preventing the formation of rouging (e.g. class I, II and/or III) on a stainless steel substrate, which may be used as processing station or production unit.
Dynamic Link Monitoring to Resolve Imbalance in LAA/LTE Radio Resource Allocation
A wireless communication device (UE) may monitor grants received from respective cells associated with one or more first (e.g. licensed) frequency band(s) and one or more second (e.g. unlicensed) frequency band(s). Based on the received grants the UE may determine if an imbalance exists in the radio resource allocation, whereby the UE communicates more than intended in the second frequency band(s). The imbalance may be specified with respect to the ratio or portion of the communications that are conducted in the second frequency band(s) with respect to all wireless communications of the UE. If the UE detects an imbalance, it may transmit a report to the network (e.g. to the base station serving the UE) indicating unfavorable conditions for the UE to be operating in the second frequency band(s). In response, the network may disable the respective cell(s) associated with the second frequency band(s) and/or it may disable carrier aggregation for the UE.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION COMPRISING PHOSPHINOSUCCINIC ACID ADDUCTS AND METHODS OF USE
Detergent compositions effective for controlling hard water scale accumulation are disclosed. Detergent compositions employing phosphinosuccinic acid and mono-, bis- and oligomeric phosphinosuccinic acid (PSO) derivatives with alkali metal carbonate and/or alkali metal hydroxide reduce hard water scale accumulation on treated surfaces at alkaline conditions between about pH of 9 and 12.5. Methods employing the detergent compositions and preventing hard water scale accumulation are also provided.
Non-caustic cleaning compositions and uses thereof
Disclosed are detergent compositions and methods of cleaning articles and/or membranes using the surfactants herein. Compounds, compositions, and methods for using these compounds and compositions in detergent or cleaning compositions are also provided. These compounds, compositions, and methods are particularly directed to cleaning compositions and methods that have advantageous cleaning properties at a pH of 7 or less. In particular, the compounds, compositions, and methods described herein can also be used as general surfactants in detergent compositions or in methods of cleaning articles or membranes.
