The invention relates to an agricultural seeding machine, in particular to a straw crushing and inter-furrow collecting-mulching no-tillage seeder. A straw-crushing device, a guide device, a fertilizer discharging device, and a furrowing and seeding device are sequentially arranged on a rack from front to back. According to the guide device, a plurality of straw-crushing guide assemblies having installation positions capable of being horizontally adjusted are arranged on an adjustment crossbeam, are in a prow shape, and each consist of a rear vertical back plate formed with a fertilization port, and two front symmetrical oblique guide plates. Straw is orderly spread on straw mulching belts between seeding belts while being crushed within the working range, and thus, the seeding belts are free of straw obstacles. The straw crushing and inter-furrow collecting-mulching no-tillage seeder is high in working integrity, easy to assemble, and low in energy consumption.

Accordingly, as the angle of the lever is manipulated, the angle of the closing wheel pivotally mounted to that lever changes in the vertical and/or horizontal dimensions.

A method for reducing material accumulation relative to ground-engaging tools of a tillage implement includes receiving measurement signals from at least one accumulation sensor mounted to the tillage implement during a tillage operation. The measurement signals include a three-dimensional (3D) representation of an environment containing material accumulation relative to a plurality ground-engaging tools. The method also includes estimating an amount of material accumulation relative to the plurality of ground-engaging tools based on the 3D representation. Further, the method includes comparing the amount of material accumulation to an accumulation threshold. The material accumulation threshold is indicative of a given degree of material accumulation relative to the plurality of ground-engaging tools. Thus, based on the comparison between the amount of material accumulation and the accumulation threshold, the method includes controlling an operation of at least one component of the tillage implement to execute a control action for reducing the amount of the material accumulation.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE OPERATION OF A RESIDUE REMOVAL DEVICE OF A SEED-PLANTING IMPLEMENT BASED ON FURROW CLOSING ASSEMBLY PERFORMANCE

In one aspect, the present subject matter is directed to a system for controlling the operation of a residue removal device of a seed-planting implement. The system may include a residue removal device configured to remove residue from a path of the seed-planting implement. The system may also include a furrow closing assembly including at least one closing disc, with the furrow closing assembly configured to close a furrow formed in the soil by the seed-planting implement. Furthermore, the system may include a sensor configured to capture data indicative of an operational parameter of the furrow closing assembly and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor. The controller may be configured to monitor the operational parameter based on the data received from the sensor, the controller further configured to control an operation of the residue removal device based on the monitored operational parameter.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING THE PERFORMANCE OF ROTATING GROUND ENGAGING COMPONENTS OF AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT BASED ON THE ROTATIONAL SPEEDS OF SUCH COMPONENTS

In one aspect, a system for monitoring the performance of ground engaging components of an agricultural implement may include a ground engaging component configured to rotate relative to soil within a field as the agricultural implement is moved across the field. The system may also include a sensor configured to detect a parameter indicative of a rotational speed of the ground engaging component. Furthermore, the system may include a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor. The controller may be configured to monitor the rotational speed of the ground engaging component based on measurement signals received from the sensor and compare the monitored rotational speed to a baseline rotational speed value. Additionally, the controller may be configured to initiate a control action when it is determined that the monitored rotational speed has crossed the baseline rotational speed value a threshold number of times during a given time interval.
