Fruit Wine Product Beneficial to Health of Cardiovascular System and Preparation Method thereof
The present invention discloses a fruit wine product beneficial to the health of a cardiovascular system and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of traditional food functionalization. The present invention uses the fruit wine as a base material; by leaching black garlic and baked onion and/or adding tomato clear juice powder and concentrated onion juice, taking advantage of the synergistic effect of alcohol with promoted Amadori compounds, flavonoids and/or proanthocyanidins extraction from the black garlic, baked onion, tomato clear juice powder and concentrated onion juice, to prepare fruit wine product containing 5-15 g/100 mL alcohol, 20-100 mg/100 mL Amadori Compound, 30-50 mg/100 mL total flavonoids and/or 100-250 mg/100 mL proanthocyanidins, and such fruit wine product can more effectively reduce the blood viscosity of consumers and achieve an beneficial effect on cardiovascular health.
COMPOSITION WITH HEALTH PRESERVING EFFECT, HEALTH PRESERVING WINE PREPARED THEREFROM, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION OF HEALTH PRESERVING WINE
A composition with a health preserving effect, comprising 2.5-6.5 parts of Rhizoma Polygonati and 27.5-84.5 parts of a Rhizoma Polygonati-soaked solution mixture. The Rhizoma Polygonati-soaked solution mixture is a mixture of a baijiu soaking solution obtained by soaking Rhizoma Polygonati in baijiu and dregs of a decoction. Also provided are health preserving wine prepared from the composition and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises subjecting the Rhizoma Polygonati and the Rhizoma Polygonati-soaked solution mixture to mixed culture fermentation with proso millet. The health preserving wine is prepared by combining fermentation and soaking processes.

The water phase and oil phase combine to generate the nanoemulsion.
THERAPEUTIC ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMPRISING NATURAL HERBAL DERIVATIVES AND METHOD OF MAKING THEREOF
Therapeutic alcoholic beverage compositions and the methods of making are disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to a therapeutic alcoholic beverage composition comprising one or more therapeutic compounds derived from natural herb materials. The natural herb materials are selected from Cannabis materials, psilocybin mushrooms, the combination of those, and others. The therapeutic compounds comprising psychoactive compounds ?.sup.9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), supporting non-psychoactive cannabidiol (CBD) and terpenes derived from Cannabis materials, and/or psychedelic compounds including psilocybin, psilocin, baeocystin, norbaeocystin, and norpsilocin derived from psilocybin mushrooms. The therapeutic compounds have a concentration varying from 0.00001% to 10% in the alcoholic beverage. The therapeutic alcoholic beverage can be further enhanced by aroma and flavor substances derived from wood materials. The methods of making comprising treating alcoholic beverage with natural herb materials and wood materials in presence of subcritical, critical, or supercritical carbon dioxide.

Cannabis infused beverages, and a method and system for preparing the cannabis infused beverages. A dealcoholized cannabis infused beverage may include a dealcoholized beverage and a phytocannabinoid preparation. An entourage preparation including terpenoids may be included in the cannabis infused beverage. The entourage preparation may include a cannabis hydrosol. A non-alcoholic cannabis infused beverage may include a phytocannabinoid preparation and a cannabis hydrosol. The non-alcoholic cannabis infused beverage may be prepared from water, fruit juice, coffee, tea, or other base beverages.
