METHOD FOR MANAGING RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS THROUGH MOBILE TERMINAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVER, SERVER, AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention relates to a method for managing respiratory infections, a server, and a computer readable storage medium which conducts a respiratory infection test to a client who wants to the respiratory infection tests, receives the client's location information, and provides respiratory infection management information generated using the test result of the respiratory infection and client's location information for other clients so that it may minimize the spread of infection and efficiently quarantine against the respiratory infections while maintaining social and economic activities of the public.
SAMPLING SWABS AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
A device to collect a biological sample may generally include an elongated rod having a handle and terminating in a tip; and a core and a plurality of projections extending in a radial direction from a surface of the core. The projections may have curved geometric pattern, such as a sinusoidal pattern, a circular arc pattern, and/or a helical pattern, for example. The device may include a layer of fibers disposed on a surface of the projections by flocking. Method of making and using the device are also described.
POINT OF NEED DIAGNOSTIC WITH THERMAL CONTROL
Provided herein are systems and methods for a point of need testing system. In some embodiments, the point of need testing system includes a first collector and a sample amplifier. The first collector is configured to collect a first biofluid sample. The sample amplifier includes an inlet dimensioned to receive the first biofluid sample. The sample amplifier further includes a filter, a heater, and a second collector. In some embodiments, a reader can be used with the sample amplifier to read a second biofluid produced by the sample amplifier.
Methods for application specific access control
A method implemented on a UE includes determining an application class of an application, and permitting or barring access by the application to a communication network according to a comparison of the determined application with a rule to provide application class based access control. The application is classified into the determined application class. The application is classified into the determined application class by a home network. The application is classified into the determined application class by a 3GPP layer. The application is classified into the determined application class by a visited network. The visited network classifies the application into a further application class. The rule includes a list of applications for permitting or barring access by the applications according to the comparison of the determined application class with the rule.
TEST DEVICE
A test device is provided, including: a test member, including a receive portion and a first connection portion, the receive portion including a receive groove and a wall portion formed the receive groove; a moving member, inserted into the receive groove, being rotatable and movable in an axial direction to the test member, including a second connection portion; a sample collection member, formed of deformed absorption material, disposed on the moving member and disposed within the receive groove; wherein when the moving member is rotated relatively to the test member, the at least one protruding structure is moved along the at least one spiral guiding slot to move the sample collection member to rotatably axially squeeze the wall portion.
SAMPLE COLLECTION AND DETECTION DEVICE AND METHOD
A sample collection and detection device includes a collection cavity. The device further includes a sample collector. The sample collector comprises a collection rod and an absorption element, and the absorption element has a hollow cavity. A part of the collection rod is received in the hollow cavity of the absorption element. A first lug for blocking and locating the absorption element is arranged on the collection rod. Also provided is a method for collecting and detecting sample using the sample collection and detection device.
SUBJECT SPECIMEN TOOL FOR VIRUS TESTING
The present invention relates to a subject specimen tool for virus testing and, more specifically, to a subject specimen tool for virus testing, which enables an examiner to collect a specimen of a subject by using a specimen collection swab, while being worn by the subject, and is kept airtight during specimen collection, so that a contaminant in a mask does not leak outside of the mask, and thus, contamination around testing and infection of the examiner can be prevented. To this end, provided is a subject specimen tool for virus testing, comprising: a mask for shielding the face or a portion thereof of a subject; a specimen collection swab which is inserted into the mouth or nose of the subject wearing the mask, to collect a specimen; a swab insertion/withdrawal hole part formed in the mask and having a path with a diameter sufficient for the specimen collection swab to be inserted thereinto and withdrawn therefrom; and a detachable cap configured to be detachable from the swab insertion/withdrawal hole part and having an opening means which is open to guide the specimen collection swab to the path of the swab insertion/withdrawal hole part, wherein the opening means is open only in one direction toward the swab insertion/withdrawal hole part.
TESTING EQUIPMENT SYSTEM
A testing equipment system collects a specimen from a subject and measures the specimen, and includes a first unit portion forming a collection room including equipment to collect the specimen, a second unit portion forming a measurement room including equipment to measure the specimen, separately from the collection room, and a third unit portion including equipment to output a measurement result. The testing equipment system is placed at a moving base for passenger transportation.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATING BETWEEN SYMPTOMS OF HEART ATTACK AND GERD
An apparatus and method for testing a patient for distinguishing symptoms of a heart attack and GERD. A saliva specimen holder is configured to collect a saliva sample. A blood specimen holder with a well configured to collect a blood sample, a D-dimer testing zone, and a membrane in fluid communication with the well and the D-dimer testing zone. The membrane is configured to fluidly communicate a blood sample to the D-dimer testing zone. A composition on the membrane in the D-dimer testing zone is configured, when mixed with blood containing a D-dimer protein, to provide an indicator. A processor is programmed to analyze the collected blood sample to determine whether a D-dimer protein is detected in the blood sample and to analyze the saliva sample and to send information to the display indicating whether or not pepsin was detected.
Method and System for Improving a Physiological Response
A system and method for determining the immune status or immune cycle in a subject is provided. A sampling component for obtaining physiological data from the subject is provided together with a data storage component for storing the physiological data obtained from the subject. A processing component is provided to analyse the physiological data and thereby determine the immune status or periodicity of the immune cycle and the immune cycle of the subject. An output component for outputting the immune status or periodicity of the immune cycle, and the immune cycle of the subject and/or the future status or immune cycle of the subject is provided.
