Disclosed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that is low in iron loss and exhibits excellent magnetic properties even when subjected to final annealing at high temperature. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet can be obtained from a steel (low-Al steel) having a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.005% or less, Si: 1.0% to 4.5%, Mn: 0.02% to 2.0%, Sol.Al: 0.001% or less, P: 0.2% or less, S+Se: 0.0010% or less, N: 0.005% or less, O: 0.005% or less, and Cu: 0.02% to 0.30%, and the balance consisting of Fe and incidental impurities.
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density and a low iron loss at a high frequency is produced by subjecting a slab containing, in mass %, C: not more than 0.0050%, Si: 2.8 to 6.5%, Mn: 0.05 to 2.0%, P: not more than 0.10%, S: not more than 0.0050%, Al: 0.3 to 2.0%, N: not more than 0.0050% and Zn: 0.0005 to 0.0050% to a hot rolling, a hot-band annealing, a cold rolling and a finish annealing, a dew point in the hot-band annealing is set to 0 to 70 ° C. and an atmosphere of the finish annealing has a nitrogen content of not more than 30 vol % and a dew point of not higher than −20° C., and a ratio of the amount of nitrogen present as AlN in an entire sheet thickness to the amount of nitrogen present as AlN in a layer from one-side surface of steel sheet to a depth of 1/20 of sheet thickness is made to not less than 5.0.
ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes producing a cold-rolled plate; forming a groove in the cold-rolled plate; performing primary recrystallization annealing to the cold-rolled plate; and applying an annealing separator to the primary-recrystallized cold-rolled plate and performing secondary recrystallization annealing, wherein a weight ratio of SiO.sub.2/Fe.sub.xSiO.sub.y of the surface layer part of the cold-rolled plate is 0.3 to 3 after the primary recrystallization annealing of the cold-rolled plate. (Here, x is an integer from 1 to 2, and y is an integer from 2 to 4.)
Method for producing grain-oriented electrical steel sheet
In a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by hot rolling a steel slab having a chemical composition including C: 0.001˜0.10 mass %, Si: 1.0˜5.0 mass %, Mn: 0.01˜0.5 mass %, Al: less than 0.0100 mass %, each of S, Se, O and N: not more than 0.0050 mass % and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, subjecting the resulting hot rolled sheet to a single cold rolling or two or more cold rollings sandwiching an intermediate annealing therebetween to a final thickness, subjecting to a primary recrystallization annealing, applying an annealing separator thereto and then subjecting to a finish annealing, a zone of 550˜700° C. in a heating process of the primary recrystallization annealing is rapidly heated at an average heating rate of 40˜200° C./s, while any temperature zone of 250˜550° C. is kept at a heating rate of not more than 10° C./s for 1˜10 seconds, whereby secondary recrystallized grains are refined to obtain a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet stably realizing a low iron loss.

A non-oriented electrical steel sheet has excellent magnetic properties and a chemical composition including C: not more than 0.01 mass %, Si: not more than 6 mass %, Mn: 0.05-3 mass %, P: not more than 0.2 mass %, Al: not more than 2 mass % but preferably not more than 0.005 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, S: not more than 0.01 mass %, Ga: not more than 0.0005 mass % even if hot band annealing is omitted.

A non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a high magnetic flux density and a low iron loss includes C: not more than 0.01 mass %, Si: 1.3-5.0 mass %, Mn: 0.001-3 mass %, sol. Al: not more than 0.004 mass %, P: 0.03-0.20 mass %, S: not more than 0.005 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, Ti: more than 0.0020 mass % but not more than 0.1 mass %, and further contains one or more selected from Sn: 0.001-0.1 mass %, Sb: 0.001-0.1 mass %, Ca: 0.001-0.02 mass % and Mg: 0.001-0.02 mass % as required.
GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are an oriented electrical steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing an oriented electrical steel sheet, including: providing a slab including Si at 1.0 to 4.0 wt %, C at 0.1 to 0.4 wt %, and the remaining portion including Fe and other inevitably incorporated impurities; reheating the slab; producing a hot rolled steel sheet by hot rolling the slab; performing annealing of the hot rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the annealed hot rolled steel sheet; decarburizing and annealing the cold rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the decarburized and annealed steel sheet; and final annealing the cold rolled steel sheet.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet using an inhibitor-less technique, in which cold rolling includes final cold rolling with a total cold rolling reduction being set to 85% or more and a rolling reduction per pass being set to 32% or more. The final cold rolling includes one or more passes and a final pass succeeding the one or more passes and uses work rolls having a surface roughness Ra of 0.25 μm or less in at least one of the one or more passes other than the final pass. According to this method, it is possible to stably manufacture a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet exhibiting excellent magnetic properties at low cost.
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND MOTOR CORE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet is obtained by subjecting a slab containing C: not more than 0.005 mass %, Si: 1.0-5.0 mass %, Mn: 0.04-3.0 mass %, sol. Al: not more than 0.005 mass %, P: 0.03-0.2 mass %, S: not more than 0.005 mass %, N: not more than 0.005 mass %, B: not more than 0.001 mass %, and Se: not more than 0.001 mass % and satisfying sol. Al+C+5B+5Se≦0.005 mass % to hot rolling, cold rolling and finish annealing. A sheet temperature at the outlet side of the rolling machine in at least one pass of the final cold rolling is set to a range of 100-300° C. to provide S/2M of not less than 1.0 and S/5C of not less than 1.0 when X-ray intensity ratios of {001}<250>, {111}<112> and {001}<100> in a central layer in a thickness direction are S, M and C, respectively.
Method of manufacturing grain oriented electrical steel sheet
A method of manufacturing a grain oriented electrical steel sheet uses austenite (γ)-ferrite (α) transformation which develops excellent magnetic properties, uses T.sub.α calculated from equation (1) and performs the first pass of rough hot rolling at a temperature of (T.sub.α−100)° C. or higher with a rolling reduction of 30% or more, and further uses T.sub.γmax calculated from equation (2) and performs any one pass of finish hot rolling in a temperature range of (T.sub.γmax±50)° C. with a rolling reduction of 40% or more:
